Despite the highly flirtatious talk that happened between Chan and Seungmin on the way back to their room, they do not break in the bed, like they'd led that older woman to believe. They both agreed, as they stood just inside the doorway, that the sheets on the floor and haphazard scattering of the throw pillows across the room was enough evidence that they'd probably done more than enough breaking in for one night.

After retrieving their toothbrushes, Chan finds himself standing beside Seungmin in the bathroom, bumping his shoulder teasingly and catching the younger's eyes in the mirror like a bee to a beautiful flower.

There is something so undeniably thrilling in the way that Seungmin looks at him, and it doesn't waver, even as the younger insists that Chan look away as he changes into his pyjamas back in their room. Chan was hearing the boy say no, but Seungmin's body language was screaming yes.

Was it the agonisingly slow way he took off his clothes, or was it the way he'd lingered as he'd stood half naked, holding up his nightshirt as if he had options, that had led Chan astray?

Chan wasn't sure, but he wasn't going to turn away. If Seungmin wanted privacy he should have changed in the bathroom not in the middle of the room. Plus, would it really do much harm to allow his eyes to linger, to drown in the affection he felt just a little bit longer before they inevitably went to bed? He'd already seen everything, so what was the point in shying away now?

After Chan gets changed himself, in the room where Seungmin could see, he folds his dirty clothes, places them in a plastic bag and sits down on the floor to make room in his overnight bag so he could pack them inside.

As Chan focuses on his bag, moving things about to ensure he has enough room, he doesn't hear Seungmin creep up beside him to look over his shoulder, and he doesn't notice Seungmin's hand reaching past him until it's too late.

Seungmin had spotted something Chan had tucked into his bag's inner side pocket, something Chan is already regretting bringing...

Mr. Bear

Unlike the first time they were alone together in his room- after just having woken up, -this time Chan is nowhere near quick enough to grab, let alone hide his bear away. Seungmin was too swift.

Chan miserably tries to reach for the bear as Seungmin holds him out beyond his grasp. The tables had now well and truly turned.

"Tell me Chan, why did you bring your bear on holiday with us?" Seungmin jeers curiously.

Chan looks away, embarrassed at Seungmin's words.

"I um...forgot he was in there?" Chan lies, his words holding more doubt than truth given the present evidence hung between Seungmin's fingers before him.

"Sure..." Seungmin drawls sceptically before he returns his attention back to the bear.

Chan watches helplessly as Seungmin holds the bear in his hands, poking its nose before sitting it in his lap, its long legs dangling quite contentedly over his thighs.

Chan narrows his eyes, jealous of his bear, but only for a second.

"Seriously though, why is your bear here? I don't think he hopped in your bag of his own free will, I'm sure he had help. Do you have an ulterior motive Chan? Should I be looking for a hidden spy camera??? I hope he got a good angle of my ass"

Seungmin's tone suggested he was being playful and casting light on this otherwise strange encounter, but Chan still couldn't help feeling tense. He actually had a reason for bringing the bear; he just wasn't sure whether he was prepared to share said reason.
