"ITAMI!LET MARCY GO!"Tsumi screams.

Itami saw her little brother,staring up at her.
The teen felt torn.She hated it when she scared Tsumi unintentionally.It felt like horrible.

'I'm sorry........I have to do this'Itami thought

Itami was secretly growing blood thirsty by the second.She could feel the blood lust coursing throughout her bloodstream.Itami tightened her grip on the scissor,a shadow over her eyes.

"Sorry Tsumi.."She whispers."BUT I HAVE TO DO THIS!!"She screams
"NOOOOOO!"

She slowly raised her hand,and then proceeded to swing her hand towards Marceline's neck.

Only to be stopped by a hand from behind her.

"Itami.....please stop.."

The said woman gasped upon hearing Ace's voice.
She turned her head slowly,her eyes widening when she saw that Ace was indeed behind her.
Her arm trembled under his touch before releasing the scissor blade,and let the weapon drop to the ground with a clutter.

The only thing that could be heard was the occasional movement shift in the crowd & the breathing of people.

Ace softly spun her around & embraced her in heart warming hug.
"Itami...let's go home together."Ace whispers

Third pov
She still couldn't believe that was all on Sunday.

It was Thursday lunch time now.The school term was about to end.
Which meant that there will be most definitely a end of term seniors ball....it was tomorrow.

Itami sighed as she kept on thinking about that Sunday night.

'How could I have let this happen to me?I usually don't get about like that.......'

Itami sat in the music room.She told her squad that she needed some silence to think about things.Kira,who knew what happened,hushed the girls by saying that Itami was just worried about some random homework that she got.

And then she remembered how Ace was.

"Itami...let's go home together."

'What does that even mean?'She thought

A knock interrupted her thoughts.

"Come in!"

The door opened to reveal Marco,the walking pineapple

"Marco?"

He sighed."I need to talk to you."

Marco sat down next to Itami.He stared into her eyes.
"It's about Ace."He says
Itami cautiously nodds."Continue."

"I think......I think you need to go to the ball with him."

Itami sat there & fidgetted with her hair.She was suddenly nervous.At first she thought about asking Ace to the ball,but she was too nervous to ask.

'And maybe...he probably wouldn't even say yes after what has happened.'She thought

"Why..do you think that?"Itami asks
"Well it's simple."Marco says."You both might as well go together.You 2 can't stay quiet forever,I know it's hard but it's for the best.The both of you need some sort of a relationship."

Itami sighes."I know,but I'm just scared about saying the wrong thing that will upset him.I just don't want ti hurt him even more."

"Itami...you haven't even hurt him.Believe me,that's what he said to me.I think that you should go just for fun if you don't feel comfortable with Ace yet."
Marco pets her wavy hair."I know that Kira is going...I'm going with her,so really you're not alone."
Itami smirks."My whole squad is going."
Marco smirks back."Then I guess you can go for fun then."
