Chapter 3:She got intelligence

Itami pov
I walk into school,Tsumi walking with me.

"Walking to school is an outright pain in the ass you know."Tsumi moaned

"Hey Mother is saving up for gas!And plus it was only 20 minutes!"

"Uggghhh 20 minutes is soooo long though!"

"You're just lazy fuzzball."

He was about to retort,but Tsumi saw his friends & ran over to them.I shook my head & walked over to the seat by C block & saw the squad there.

"Itami!You're here!"
"What did you think that I stayed for a day then left?"
"No,just in year 9 & 10 you used to come late all the time."
"Girls girls this is Itami Lucifer Roza 2.0!"
I sat down & we started to talk a bit more

"So....have you talked to him yet?"Nami asked.
"Who?"
Nami rolled her eyes at me."Ace of course!"

I groaned & hid my face with my long brown hair."Guys-"
"You need to talk to him!I can tell that you still have some sort of infatuation to him."Robin says
"I don't need to talk to him.And I will only have small talk with him,I swear we'll only stay as friendly acquaintances."

They gave me the:'Let's see how long that'll last' look

"Honest!"

That look intensified.I sighed & sat back up.

"Fine.Whatever."

*Period 1:Science*
Our class walked inside science class.Our science teacher:Mrs Nico (who is also Robins Mother) made me stay at the front of the class so that she can talk to me.
Olvia happily chatted to me & asked how I was doing,how my Mother was etc.

"I better get you seated then.It looks like you're gonna go with..Sabo."

My stomach dropped

'Ace's brother..he is bound to ask questions..'

"S-sure.."I stuttered

I made my way to Sabo & sat down with him.He grinned at me.

"Well aren't I lucky?"
I nudged him."Oh shut up."
Sabo laughed."Yeah..it's good to see you too."
"Ditto."

"Alright settle down!Time to start today's lesson!But first I'll do role call!"

Olvia went through the role pretty quickly,it's one of the reasons why I like about Olvia:She does roll call quick.

After roll call,Olvia went straight to the lesson.

"So today we'll be doing the experiment that I told everyone about yesterday.But I decided for today,that you'll be working in a group of 4 seeing that Ms Itami would have no idea what we are doing.You know where everything is so lets do it!"

Everyone pair then rushed to their friends,literally.I look over at Sabo.
"So who are we gonna pick?"
Sabo grinned at me."They're walking up to us now."

The pair that walked up to us was Vivi & (pleez save my soul) Portgas D Ace.
I silently groan & rest my head on the table.

'They are gonna give me so much shit for this.'

I looked up at Ace.Appearance wise,I guess he has changed.His hair is a little bit longer than last time,his eyes look a bit sparklier,he definitely got taller & from what I can tell,Ace has a bit of muscle on him.

I payed no attention to Ace & grinned at Vivi.
"Bæ!Your here!"I said jokingly
Vivi giggled."I'd say the squad has assembled but its only us."
"Yeah...so can someone tell me what the fuck fick we are doing?"
