Chapter 17:Another kidnapped teen

Itami pov
I groaned as I walked down the school hallway,hearing whispers about me.

"Did you hear?That girl got thrown out!"
"Yeah.I heard she punched someone in the face because she felt like it."
"Maybe she has spastics or anger issues?"
"Well whatever it is,stay away from her!"

"You know I can hear you right?"I yell

I stop & turn to the people who were whispering & talking shit about me.
They were both girls that looked to be in the junior year (same year as Tsumi),I guess some boys could define their looks as "Meh she's alright" or "Sorta pretty".

"Now could you please shut up.You're stupid & idiotic rumors are annoying me to no end."I say coolly

I walked off & went to my locker.

'Well I better get the books I need for today.....'

I open my locker & grab my science,english,math & history books along with my PE gear.I stuffed them in my bag & went off to find either my squad or Ace.

"Hey it's that girl from the senior ball!"
"I heard that everyone is calling her the 'The Ball Knockout Queen'!"
"Why that name?"
"I heard that she was supposed to crowned the Queen of the ball at the end."

I growl & just went on.

*4th Period:Math*
It got worse during class time

Some people in class were either too scared to talk to me,or just left the table they were originally at.

'Why are people avoiding me?I didn't do anything wrong!'

I sat down with Ace,Sabo & Kira.My friends didn't avoid me,which is pretty good.

Ace nudged me."Hey,"He whispered."Are you alright?"He asked
I quietly sighed."No,everyone around the school is avoiding me because I punched (NTRH) in the face.You should hear the rumors they've made up about me!"
Underneath the desk,I felt Ace's hand hold mine,giving my hand a loving squeeze.
"Don't worry,we'll find out who has been talking shit."Ace assured me

I breathed out a "Thanks" & got back to work.Our hands stayed like that throughout the entire Math lesson,Ace would occasionally stroke my hand with his thumb or lightly squeeze my hand.It felt nice to know that Ace would be there for me.

But I guess that's natural right?

Ace pov
I was mad.

I cannot believe that someone would start rumors up about Itami!How could that person do that?!She doesn't deserve any of that crap!

'It's that (NTRH)'s fault.She tried to have a go at Itami.'

It all clicked.

It's her.

(NTRH) is the one spreading the rumors!

After math class,I quickly told Itami that I'm just gonna run an errand for a teacher.

"And remember,don't listen to that shit okay?"I kissed her lips quickly & whispered in her ear."You're beautiful,smart & strong.Always remember that I love you,okay?"
She nodds."Okay.."

I kissed her forehead & ran off to find (NTRH)

Itami pov
'He's been go for a while...maybe I should look for him.'

"Hey gals have you seen Ace around?"I asked
"No.I haven't seen him since Math class!"Vivi says
"Didn't he say he was running an errand for a teacher?"Kira asked
"Yeah!Did he say which teacher?"Nami asked
"No,he didn't....I have a really bad feeling about this.."
"He'll be fine Itami.It's just you're missing him.You're away from him,that's probably why."Robin says
I sigh,defeated."I guess you're right.."

Even though what Robin said is partially true,I just have this really bad feeling that something has happened to him.Like he's gone off to do something recklessly.

Robin sighs."Go,Itami."
We looked at her confused."What do you mean Robin?"I asked
"I can tell that you're really concerned for Ace.You can go & look for him if you want."
I slowly stood up."A-alright,thanks Robin."

I fast walked off to find Ace.

Ace pov
I groaned as I woke up.

'What the hell happened?'

The last thing I remember was walking down C block corridor then feeling something hit my head then blacking out.

'Wait....'

I processed what happened to me.

'Oh god don't tell me that I've been kidnapped!'

I slowly stood up.The room that I was in appeared to be the same size as a butlers kitchen.The room was filled with cleaning supplies & boxes with different labels.
I found the door & gave it a try.But of course the clićhe thing happened & the door appeared to be locked.

"This is such a damn clićhe."I grumbled

I went back to where I was sitting & sat down,ignoring the fact that my ass is gonna be really stiff.

I think it was an hour later,the door opened to reveal-

Itami pov
"Ms,I think it's important.We really need to find Ace."Marco begga
Ms Boa sighs."I know,but a teacher has already called the police,they'll find Mr Portgas-"

"No."I interrupt."The police won't find him."

Ms Boa raised an elegant eyebrow at me."What do you mean Ms Lucifer-Roza?"
"I know they won't be able to find him because he has been kidnapped."I spoke dead panned

Everyone started to whisper & murmur around me.I heard someone say:"Maybe it was her.."

I slowly stood up from the cold Gym flooring,dusting unwanted dirt off of my Gym short booty.

"And."I say."I'll be the one to find him."
"Itami you can't go!It's too dangerous!"Sabe argues
"Then I'll have a small group of people come with me then.Simple as that."I said
Kira stepped forward,her long wavy blonde hair flowing as she moved."I'll come with you."She said
I nodd at her."Alright,-"
"But on one condition."She says
"Go on."
Kira's crimson red eyes flickered over to Sabo & Marco.
"We take Sabo,Marco & Luffy with us."

I sigh,knowing that we're gonna have to pull Luffy out of his class.
I turn to Ms Boa

"Ms Boa,can we go get Luffy please?We really need to find Ace."I begged

Ms Boa sighed reluctantly."Alright,you may.But please do be careful.Don't let your love for Ace disappear."

I smirk at the beautiful teacher.

"Thank you."

Third pov
As soon as the group got Luffy out of class,Itami had then began to panic...in her mind

'Holy shit what am I going to do?!?Ace has been kidnapped!I need to find Ace!If I don't then-'

She mentally gulped.

'Then I'll never see him again..'

She was shook out of her stress & terror when she felt a hand on her shoulder,causing her to jump on instinct.
Luffy had his hand on her shoulder.The usually jumpy & out going teen all of a sudden serious & quiet.

"Don't worry Itami-chan,we will find him & that bastard who kidnapped Ace.We're as stressed as you are."He said monotone

'Thats right.'Itami thought.'I'm not the only one who is terrified for Ace's safety.There is no doubt that the boys are completely stressed,whereas Kira would want to find him as well.How could I be so selfish?'

Itami let out a shaky breath."S-sorry,everyone.I wasn't thinking about all of you.I kept on thinking about-"
"Don't be sorry!We have no time,we gotta find Ace!"
Itami turned to Marco,who sighed.
"That idiot has gotten himself in a whole heap of trouble didn't he?"

(A/N:Alright so I can explain.Soz that these chapters aren't coming out fast enough.My wifi still isn't working so It's probs why I haven't replied to comments & stuff.I've been using the wifi at school & it's alright....I guess.But stay tuned for more!)
