Chapter 23:Girls day out

Itami pov
"NOOOOO!!!"Tsumi moaned
"What are you moaning about?"I asked
He turned to me wide eyed."You don't know what day it is?"He asked,astounded
"No."I answered
"Today is the start of the last week of the holidays!"Tsumi cried

My heart stopped

"No way...that can't be possible!"I said
"It so is possible!Itami,we have to go back!"

I rolled off the couch.

I didn't really want to go back to school.I mean sure the teachers & classes are fun,and I hang out with my friends...but I have to do work!Do you know how lazy I am!?

I looked at the phone that I was holding in my hand.

I know exactly what to do.

I dialed Nami's phone number & put my phone to my ear.It was ringing,and it wasn't long till Nami picked up.

"Sup girl hows it shaken?"I asked
She laughed."I'm pretty shaken bacon.What's up?"
"Well Tsumi just told me that it's the last week of the holidays."
Through the speaker phone I heard Nami snapping something.
"WHAT?!"
I laughed nervously."U-uh yeah!And I was thinking,maybe today we could have a girls day out?"
"Hell yeah!I'll ring the other 3 & get back to ya!"Nami says
"Alright!Thanks!"

I hung up & ran upstairs to get ready for today.
It was a warm day today,I threw on a pair of black shorts & a cream coloured t-shirt that had different coloured money signs all over it.

-Smack it smack it in the air-
-Legs movin'-
-Side to side smack it in the ai-

"Pizza delivery service how can I help you?"I say
"Haha very funny.So they're up for it!They said we're meeting up at the mall in town.Sound cool?"Nami asked
"Sounds pretty good home slice!See you in a few."

We hung up.I quickly applied some face moisturiser & quickly told Mother that I'm having a girls day out.

"Alright!Don't be out too late!I'm having Olvia over so make sure to bring Robin home with you!"
"Okay!"

I tied my hair up in a high pony tail & put on my neon green glasses.Not because I needed them or anything, just because I like the feeling of them on my face.

I left the house & walked over to the mall.

*At the mall*
"Wait!We are missing a child!"I said
"Yeah!Where's Robin?"Nami asked
"Maybe she is already inside?"Vivi said
"I'll text her!"Kira says

Kira got out her red iPhone 5s & rapidly started to text.Seconds later Kira got off her phone.

"She's coming,just running a little behind that's all.Roby-Roo told me that she'll be there in 5 minutes & to meet us at the Starbucks in the mall."Kira explained
I grinned."Of course we go to Starbucks.It's really hot anyway."I said

So we all went inside the air conditioned mall & went to the Starbucks.

When we got there,Nami pegged us a table for us while I went up to order.

"Sorry sir,but that's insufficient money.I can't serve you."A barista said
I looked ahead &I saw that there was a guy in front of me.He had Snow White hair & grey eyes.
I sighed."Here."
He turned to me & gasped.I held out the money to him.
"Is that for me?"He asked
"Yeah.I saw you were in a bind so I want to help.Take it."I said
He took the change with a smile."Thank you...."
"Itami,my name is Itami.And you?"
"My name is Kaneki.Nice to meet you."

After Kaneki got his order in,I placed my order for the girls & went to sit down.

"Hey Robin!"I greeted
"Hi Itami.I see that you have made another friend."
"Hm?Oh Kaneki?Yeah he was having trouble so I gave him some money."I said
"Oh my god Itami!You got another guy!?"Nami exclaimed
"Keep your voice down!I've only just met him.Plus I already have Ace."
"I know but still!How are you getting all of these guys?!"Kira asked
I smirked."I have the charms."

I looked over at Kaneki's table &a saw that he was reading a book.It was called:"The black goats egg."

'Interesting......'

I looked at Robin,who was also looking at Kaneki with a slight blush dusting her features.I felt a huge grin forming.

"Looking at Kaneki?"I teased
Robin snapped back to reality."Excuse me?"
"Do ya know Kaneki?"I asked
"Y-yes.I've seen him here & the city library.We talk a lot."She says
"Maybe you should have a cute book date!"Nami says
"Yeah!That will be so cute!"Kira encouraged
"I-I can't!He wouldn't like me in that way....besides he already has a girlfriend."
"Then be his friend or something!"I say
"B-"

"Table 13?"A barista called

"Ah!Come on Robin you can help me carry everything!"I say
"Okay..."

I dragged Robin up to the checkout & grabbed our coffees.
"You know,you don't have to if you don't want to."I said
"What do you mean?"Robin asked
"You don't have to immediately start liking him if you don't want to.And you don't have to be his friend."I say
"I want to be his friend.It would be nice to have a guy friend."Robin says
"Okay,you can do what you want."
"Thanks Itami."

"No problem."

We went back to our table & gave everyone their coffees.We talked about random stuff & how the holidays were ending soon.I joked about how Mother was reacting about that.Even though Mother likes her job at school,she absolutely loves the holidays & weekends.She says its:"The only time I can put my feet up."

After Starbucks,we went around the mall to do some shopping.Nami thought it would be cool if we could dress up as the guys at school (if they were pirates).I decide to dress up as Ace.It was good too,because I didn't really have to buy much anyway.

We then went over to Nami's & dressed up there.I took off my shirt & bra,and put on a bikini bra.I then put on a pair of black ankle boots & an exact replica of Ace's hat.I put on the 'A' belt buckle.I then quickly drew Ace's tattoo on my arm & I was ready to rock!

Kira had dressed up as Marco,Vivi as Sabo,Robin as Zoro & Nami as Luffy.We all did these funny photo shoots & did funny poses.

"Oh my gosh Itami!You look so hot as Ace!"Kira says as she looked at my photo
"Really?!"I asked
"Yeah!Take a look!"

Kira showed me the photo & I gasped.

I really did look attractive as Ace.

"Come on!Lets take a squad photo of us!"Nami says

We all got into position & the phone clicked,saying that the photo has been taken.We crammed around Nami's phone & looked at the photo.

"Perfect!"

We spent a little bit more time at Nami's buy watching a couple chick flicks.But soon it was time for us to go home.

"Text me when you get home!"Nami called

Kira & Vivi went home the same way,while Robin & I quickly got a McDonals Frozen coke,then we both went to my house.
