Before I start heading somewhere , I make sure Ciara is unconscious as I hit her hard with the back side of my gun then drive as fast as I can , not diving two fucks about the traffic or the public cars . Red signal , green signal , all are the same for me now.
After Looking in the front mirror and the side mirrors , I am damn sure no one is following me. I unbug her so that I don't get traced.
I drive into the hills of Mahabaleshwar , to my safe house.
A millions of thoughts rushing through my brain , what connection Payal might have had with Italian mafia or who has this connection with them and is trying to kill Payal.
I park the car somewhere around three kilometers away from my hideout and drag Ciara from it.
Then lay her under a tree and shoot a bullet at its gasoline tank.
Handcuff her and stuff her mouth with cloth , I wake her up and drag her to the hideout with her eyes closed.
My hideout is a duplex filled with arms and various devices which no one has Idea of.
I pull a chair and tie her to it then remove the cloth from her mouth pointing my gun at her open mouth.
"Would you like a bullet through your skull or will you tell me why you're trying to kill Payal ?" I asked.
Ciara just shakes her head. I guess she's a bit disintegrated , so what ?
Thankfully my duplex is soundproof and somewhere no one can find out. I've turned on the electric fence which creates an illusion of the nature and gives an awesome shock if touched.
I fire a bullet at her feet but not aimed at it , which creates a hole through my wooden floor.
"Will you tell me now ? Cause you know how impatient I am ! " I reminded her.
" It's not her . She's not our target . It's you. Our plan is to kill you so you can't protect her. " she said with pride.
" And who does this 'Our ' include ? Who all made this plan ? And why ?" I ask.
" You'll have to find that out. Cause even I don't know. But I'll give you one hint. They , her family , have a lot of new enemies. " she said with her eyes set on me.
