The Search- Arman's POV

I leave my safe house and ask Kabir to meet me at Payal's place.
And he does , arrive after five minutes of my arrival.

"What happened Arman ? I was in a meeting. " he said.

" Listen carefully to what I have to say. Don't panic and don't tell anyone anything. " I warned him in advance.

"What's happening , where is Payal ?" He asked.

" Nothing . Payal is safe . I know where she is. But in the next couple of hours we need to find out who's behind the fire that was set up in your office and who tried to sink Sidharth's yacht.  " I said.

" Nothing is making sense to me." He said.

" Listen carefully . First of all , don't tell anyone that Payal's not here. Neither is Sidharth. But I know where they are so you don't need to worry.  All you need to do right now is tell me about the recent business deals that you canceled , that didn't happen , any bad blood between your company and any company , person , firm name it. " I said.

"Why ? Why do you think this is business related ? It could be anyone , they could have done this just for money." He asked.

" Yeah , that's also a possibility , but they targeted your office , then Sidharth's Yacht , and as far as I know , you guys just signed a business deal . So I have a strong feeling it's some business opponent. " I said.

" But how do you know all of this stuff ? " he asked .

" I just have a hunch !" I said.

" A hunch ? " he repeated my words in an ' I seriously don't believe you ' tone.

" Yes ! " I shook my head and said.

" And why is that I should trust you ? Why should I believe what you say ? I don't even think I know you anymore ! ?" He said.

" You have to trust me because I'm a spy . I work for the government ! Chavi blew my cover and since then I've had trouble with the government. I need you to trust me. Don't tell anyone anything.  Just act normal and if anyone asks about Payal tell them she's with Sidharth ! And if anyone asks about Sidharth tell them he's with Payal. Just buy me some time. " I pleaded.

" OH MY GOD !! This is  unbelievable ! I'm gonna call the police and let them know my sister's missing and her ex boyfriend's gone berserk ! " he shouted.

" One phone call about Payal and you reduce her lifetime by a couple of hours.  You want her alive or not ? Tell me ! Do you love your sister ? " I asked him sternly.

" Yes. I do. "

" Then put the goddamn phone down and I'm on a time sensitive mission so give me your company's deals details & hope we aren't running late. " I said .

" How do you know we can trust Sidharth ?" He asked .

" He's a clean slate. I did my research on him even before I knew something was off. He's pretty innocent and has a clean background . He pays his taxes on time . Do you think he would risk all his hard work just to bring your family down ? " I asked.

" No. "

" There my friend you cross the number two suspect off your list." I said.

" Number two ? " he asked in surprise.

" Okay now don't act like I wasn't your number one suspect ! I wasn't expecting any bromance either ! Now move it ! We're on a time sensitive mission remember.  " I said.
