After finishing our lunch , Siddarth drove us to my duplex , thankfully I had given him the directions and his GPRS came handy , as I had unfortunately fallen asleep .

And being the considerate , humble person that he is , he didn't wake me up , just before we had come to the security gate.

" Payal , umm you need to tell the security guard to let us in. " he whispered so I don't wake up of a shock.

" Umm yeah , sorry I fell asleep. " I said pulling the hair strands that had fallen on my eyes and my cheeks .

I opened my window and asked the security to let us in .

"You're parents also own a mansion in Mumbai right ? Why don't you stay with them ?" He asked.

" I'm an independent lady ! I can manage myself. " I answered.

" You know , your 'Independent Lady' ideology is surely gonna backfire someday or the other. ?" He said.

" Yes. Maybe , but it hasn't period. " I said.

He just smiled away.

After he parked his car in the visitors parking , we went straight to my duplex.

I unlocked the main door.

"Welcome to my Home Sweet Home !" I smiled as I let him in.

" You've got really nice home . " he said.

" Thanks. It's not that huge . Just a four bhk. Duplex. " I said.

" But , getting a house in Mumbai , which satisfies your soul is a great achievement in itself !" He said.

" I agree." I smiled.

"So which movie are we gonna watch ?" He said as he sat on the white sofa staring at my brand new Sony Television.

" Umm. I've got a library upstairs ,the movie choice is yours. " I said.

" Okay. " he said and got up.

I directed him to the library on the top floor of my duplex.

He seemed mesmerized by the pictures of me and Jai and my family hanging on the walls near the stairway.

I opened the door to reveal my humongous -ly huge library , one side completely stacked with novels and the other side , with movie and music cds .

" OH. MY. GOD ! " were the only words yhat came out of his mouth.

" Hey Little Monster !" I said , with reference to his reaction.

" What ?" He asked.

" Um. Nothing. . I fangirl sometimes. You just mentioned Nicki Minaj's epic line from Anaconda. " I said with a grin on my face.

" Oh. I don't listen to Nicki , Iggy's much better. " he said.

" Okay. Now select the movie. " he said.

" Fine! Now I get what you do with your money !" He said at the exibit of my collection.

" Ha Ha. You guessed it right !" I laughed.

As he was looking at the cds , I stood at the threshold of the room leaning on the column.

"God ! I never expected this series to be on your shelf !" He turned around and said.

I didn't need to ask him which series he was talking about.

I already knew my collection all too well.
