"Mommy! Mommy! Mommy!" Adeline poked me and continued to shout in my ear. "Honey, calm down. I'm awake. Don't wake Lucas." I rose from my bed and took my daughter by the hand. "What is it, Baby?" I asked rubbing the sleep from my eyes. Chris was turning over trying to block out the noise. After a grueling number hours on the plane and bus with 2 kids, Chris had to stay up with Lucas because they ran out of cribs for him to sleep in. "I wanna see Mickey Mouse!" Adeline complained. I glanced at the clock on the nightstand. It was 3 am. I groaned. "Mickey is still asleep and you and I should be too if you want to meet him." I soothed. "Why is he asleep?" She yawned. Good sign I can get her back to sleep. I smoothed out her dark hair and scooped her up. "Even Mickey Mouse has to go to sleep. Will you go to sleep?" I carried her towards the couch bed and set her down. "Ok, Mommy. In the morning we can see the Mickey Mouse." "Yeah Honey and we can ride the rides and see the princesses." She fell asleep and feeling accomplished, I kissed her forehead and climbed back into bed with Chris.

"Good morning, Sunshine!" Chris whispered. "Look who just made the biggest poop of the history of mankind." He held up my spitty little boy. "Did you make the biggest poopsie in da woyld?" I said in my silly voice making Lucas laugh. "Did you clean him up?" I asked half asleep. "Of course! Should I go wake Ade?" "Yeah, probably. Did you get the MagicBands figured out?" "Yeah. Yours and Ade's are pink with princesses and mine and Luke's are blue with buzzlightyear and stuff on them." "Ok! I'll get ready. Then do you mind getting Ade up?" "Nope." "Ok then." I disappeared into the bathroom to get ready for a big day.

I messily fishtailed my hair and pulled on a Disney princess tshirt and jean shorts. Before the trip we stopped at the Vans store and picked up matching Vans for the whole family. Ade and I got princess ones and Lucas and Chris got Mickey Mouse ones. I slipped my Vans on and went to help Chris get the kids ready.

"Mama." Luke greeted from his perch in Chris's arms as I appeared from around the corner. We got a suite at the Polynesian resort so it was a spacious room to say the least. "No, Honey, put the shirt over your head and the skirt over your butt. No. Put your hands through the little wholes. Your head won't fit through those ones." Chris coaxed exasperated as he tried to dress Lucas while teaching his daughter how to put on a shirt and skirt. I grabbed Lucas and bent down to help Ade. "Thank you!" He sighed. "Yeah, yeah" I smirked. "Go get ready!" "Sure." He slipped a tank top over his head and headed into the bathroom.

Ade finally got dressed and I got Luke into a Mickey t and cargo shorts. I slipped on his Vans and helped Ade tie hers. I slung the diaper bag/backpack over my shoulder, grabbed Ade's hand and met Chris at the door where he took Luke from me. We stopped for a quick breakfast at the hotel and headed towards the park.

We took the shortcut into Magic Kingdom and scanned our wristbands with help from the worker.

We walked into the park and Ade had already spotted twenty things she wanted to buy. "Ohhhhh! Daddy look a princess doll! Ohhhhh! Mommy look a autograph book! Daddy! I wanna get the pins collector necklace. Daddy! I'm hungry." Chris looked at her dumbstruck. "Honey, you just ate at the hotel a couple minutes ago!" "Yeah but they didn't have ice cream at the hotel!" "You can have ice cream after lunch with the princesses." I said. "Let's go ride the rides and meet the characters. I'll buy you and Lukey an autograph book and a pen so you can get the autographs of the characters you meet, ok?" Chris looked at me with appreciation. "Ok, Mommy!" Ade said as she ran to pick out her things.

Chris grabbed Luke a classic Disney characters book and pen and Ade picked out a princess set. Chris and I looked at the mouse ears and unanimously decided to buy the whole family some. Luke and Chris got Mickey ones and to match Chris I got a Minnie hat with ears and a bow and Ade got some with a princess tiara and ears. "Now this is a hat you look sexy in." Chris whispered seductively as we left the store remembering the day I heard him sleep talking about me being sexy in a hat on the way to Washington. I laughed and kissed his cheek.

We walked down Main Street and and looked at the different shops. "Candy!" Ade screamed suddenly making me jump. She ran over to the taffy making window and pressed her nose up to the glass. Chris sat down with Lucas and I followed Ade over to the window. "Look at how they do that. They pull it. See the Mickey statue?" I asked stroking her hair. She nodded mesmerized. "Come on Baby. Let's go see the castle." "Ok." she grabbed my hand and we walked over to Chris who was bouncing Lucas and flying him around with a hand on the stroller.

Chris grabbed his daughter's hand and handed me our son. "Ready to see the castle Sweetie?" "Mmhmm!" She said giggling as Chris hoisted her up onto his shoulders. We walked over to the beautiful castle pausing to take in the view. "See the princess windows?" Chris asked Ade. "It's so pretty." We walked through the gate and looked at the map. "What rides do you want to ride?" Chris said letting Ade down from his shoulders. He pulled out a map. "Come look at this Honey. There's Little Mermaid, Winnie the Pooh, Buzzlightyear, Dumbo and other stuff. Which one?" She thought for a minute. I strapped Lucas into the double stroller and handed him Poohie, his hippo lovie. "Poohie!" He giggled excitedly as I pulled him out of the backpack. "Ok tell Mommy the plan." Chris said folding the map back up. "We're gonna go up the road and go to the Peter Pan, Little Mermaid and It's a Small World and stuff then we'll go to lunch with the Princesses then come back and then parade then dinner with the characters and fireworks at the hotel breakfast room." She looked at Chris to make sure she said everything and he smiled in approval. "Sounds great!" I smiled. "You wanna ride in the stroller or walk?" "I'll ride." She climbed in next to Lucas and Chris pushed them up the road with one hand holding mine.

Chris and I trudged into the breakfast room of the Polynesian. We sat at a table facing the glass paneled walls setting the stroller in front of the window. "Fireworks!" Ade yawned from the stroller causing Lucas to stir. The bright lights burst above the castle. The music played on the speakers. Chris held my hand as we watched the fireworks. "Did you have a good day?" He asked yawning. "Of course. Everyday with you and the kids is a good day!" I smiled. He smiled. He got up and picked me up out of the chair and danced me around to the fireworks music. I laughed. "Chris!" I laughed. He stopped and lowered his head to kiss me. I stood on my tip toes and met his lips. He held me there for what seemed like forever. He slowly parted with me. "Every day I'm with you, I'm in the happiest place on earth." He smiled. I kissed him again. "I love you." I whispered. "I love you too." He smiled. We walked the kids back to the room, and we all got ready.

We tucked the kids in and climbed into bed. "I love you so much." I said kissing Chris goodnight. "I love you more." He smirked and pulled me into his frame for the night. I snuggled in. I'd never have life any other way. This, with him and our family, is the happiest place on earth.
