After school was over I headed over to the library. After not seeing Chris all day I was eager to see him. I really missed him, and he didn't seem to be mad at me for blowing him off. I walked over to the library, completely lost in thought.

I swung open the door and my jaw dropped.

Chris was sitting on the old floral couch with snacks laid out around him, and Keith, Daniel and Lucas were there too. "Hey." they all said in unison. I ran at Chris who welcomed me with open arms. I hugged him, and he pulled me close. Keith joined in, and then it became a full on group hug. I had never been so happy to see this group of boys.

Lucas, using his super tech abilities, hooked up an old library TV so we could watch some movies Chris brought. "I don't have romances and chick flicks and shit like that sooooo... I went to a garage sale and got some Disney movies." Chris said sheepishly. "That's awesome!" I said. I'm a huge Disney fan. He pulled out A Bug's Life, Up and Beauty and the Beast. "Beauty and the Beast! It's my favorite." I said quickly. "If course my lady." Chris pulled out the DVD and tossed it to Lucas who was getting the player ready. "What movie are we watching?" Keith said as he walked back from the bathroom taking the seat next to me on the couch. "Beauty and the Beast." I chirped. "Ahhhhhh. The story of your romance. Chris is the terrifyingly ugly beast except no matter how much you love him, Lindy, he's stuck looking like that!" Keith started laughing and everyone joined in except Chris who hurled a musty pillow at Keith.

Keith caught it and everyone just laughed harder. "Oh shut up, Keith." Chris chuckled. I snuggled into Chris. All the boys tensed up as Chris set his head on mine.

I began to mouth the words. "Who could ever learn to love a beast?" I questioned in unison with the movie a bit too loud for my liking. "Little town, it's a quiet village, every day like the one before, little town, full of little people waking up to say..." I sang softly. "BONJOUR!" the boys screamed with the movie making me laugh so hard I fell off the couch. "What the heck guys?" I said in between laughs. "What? We've all seen this movie. This was the only one I didn't buy at the garage sale." Chris said smirking. "That is so awesome!" I did my happy excited dance and all the boys laughed. "I can't believe you guys have seen this!" "Get over here I can't see passed your fat head." Chris said patting the spot next to him. "It's not that big!" I snapped with a laugh. I sauntered over to Chris and plopped down next to him.

The movie continued on. When the ball scene came on, I pulled Chris up off the couch to dance with me. I know it was forward, but I wanted to dance with him. He put his arm around my waist and grabbed my hand in his. We waltzed clumsily around the library while the boys blew kissy faces at us. I kicked Keith in he shin when the scene was over. He winced in pain, and I smirked. The rest of the boys snickered. Keith grabbed me by the waist and tickled me. I laughed and laughed. Tickling is my greatest weakness. After just a minute I was a hot mess of giggles.

I opened up the Oreos and grabbed 5. I was so hungry. I sat down on the floral couch, and Chris snatched and Oreo. I stared at him, and he smiled at me as he took a bite out of my cookie.

The movie was over and I had consumed 2 cokes, doritoes, and almost a whole pack of Oreos. I was stuffed. I sat on the couch with my head on Chris's shoulder and my legs sprawled across Keith's lap.

Lucas got up to put in Up, and I didn't protest. I couldn't think of any other way to spend my evening. I didn't want to think about all the schoolwork I'm behind on. If I'm going to become a lawyer, I'll need to work harder.

I began to get stressed. I hadn't done any studying and I had 4 tests tomorrow. I was excused from some work but not all. I had to plan my club speeches and activities. I had to get in some volunteer hours. I have so much to do.

I began to hyperventilate. I was having a panic attack. Oh no. I couldn't in front of the boys. Ade was the only one who knew, and she vowed to keep quiet. No one knew. I had to be perfect in everyone's eyes. I couldn't breath. The walls were closing in. I had to go. I got up, and Chris grabbed my hand. All of the boys looked at me with concerned faces. "I have to go." I said trying to sound calm. "Why? We have Up. Are we boring you? What's wrong? Tell me." Chris said urgently. "Nothing I just have to go." I pulled away and Chris's grip only tightened and more concern laced his features. "Chris, let go." I said with more force. "No. Tell me what's wrong!" he demanded. "I only want to help." "Well you can't." I said flatly.

I yanked my arm away and walked hurriedly to my car. I began to gasp for breath. "Lindy!" Chris called. I looked back barely able to breath. Seeing my state, he ran over to me. "What's wrong?" he said grabbing me so I couldn't run away. I gasped."I can't do this. I have so much to do. I can't.......... I have to be........ I need to go." My panic attack was getting really bad, and I was seeing spots. My legs gave out and Chris caught me. He picked me up bridal style and carried me to the office. I was still gasping and seeing spots. He set me down in Mr. Calkin's office. Then the world went black. The last thing I saw was Chris diving at me from his chair trying to keep my eyes from shutting.
