"late again?"
minho chuckled, offering his water to jisung.
"this time I couldn't find my phone. then I realized that it was in my pocket the entire time."
jisung was holding his knees, out of breath, as he accepted the bottle.
"tsk tsk tsk, even your phone is against us."
minho shook his head in disbelief.
jisung playfully rolled his eyes.
"so what plans are we having today?"
"I don't know, do you have any ideas?"
minho asked.
jisung looked up, thinking for a few seconds, before his eyes light up.
"how about we went to the convince store, bought some snacks, and then had a little picnic in the park?"
"picnic date? we didn't do that yet."
minho smiled.
"I'm in."
jisung smiled back, and the two of them started walking away, quickly falling into a comfortable conversation.
"so, what things should we buy?"
minho asked, as he opened the door of the store for jisung.
this became such a normal thing between them that jisung didn't even properly register it.
"well, fruits. if they're gonna have a watermelon we need one. some chips of course, maybe some onigiri?"
"mhm, good choice."
minho nodded.
"what do we want to drink?"
"we could buy some lemonades or sodas, or if we're gonna find everything we could make hwachae."
jisung suggested.
"that would be awesome, but we don't have any bowl, and also it would take too much effort to do it, let's just take the lemonades, and make hwachae when we will hang out in my or your house."
minho said.
jisung stopped in his tracks for a few seconds.
having a date in his or minho's house?
no, that's not something they could do.
firstly, if it was at his, everyone would know who minho is hanging out with. over the time, the staff and mades learned how to tell the twins apart.
and what if his parents would be at home?
it would take them what....three seconds to figure out everything?
and at Minho's house is minefield.
if only his staff would be around, it would be cool, they don't know junho after all.
but if his parents were at home?
"yeah."
jisung nodded.
"so who's paying today? do you remember who's turn is it?"
he asked, trying to change the theme.
"meh, lost count."
minho shrugged.
"I'll just get it."
"no but if you paid last time as well that would not be fair."
jisung pouted.
"it's nothing, really."
minho chuckled.
"I'll just get it now, and if you'll insist, you can pay on our next date."
"how about we paper rock scissors then?"
jisung put up his wrist.
minho smiled, before taking all of the items from jisung's hand.
"I like my idea better."

they spend their time eating the food jisung picked and minho bought, laughing at every single thing the other one said.
they just clicked so well, it was crazy.
empty containers and full stomachs, the two of them started talking about whatever was on their minds.
"junho?"
"mhm?"
"can I ask you something?"
minho said, the tone in his voice changing just a little, but it was enough to make jisung panic.
did he know?
"of course."
he nodded, trying to act normally.
"were you at a tobacconist yesterday?"
minho asked.
jisung furrowed his eyebrows.
"tobacconist? no, I wasn't. why would I even be there?"
he said, chuckling slightly.
"you do smoke sometimes."
minho pointed out.
damn it junho.
"yeah, but only sometimes, I'm not addicted to it. and I get all of the stuff from my friends."
jisung shrugged it off.
"the two friends from the skate park?"
minho asked.
"yeah."
jisung said.
minho nodded.
"make sense."
"why are you asking anyway?"
jisung asked.
"ah, nothing. I was just passing by and I saw someone buying cigarettes. they looked kinda like you, so I was curious."
minho lied.
"ohhh."
jisung nodded in understanding.
"yeah, it wasn't me."
at least I hope.
"alright then."
minho gave him a small smile.

"so how was the date? details right now."
junho threw himself at jisung's bed.
"we met, i was late."
jisung started.
"of course you were."
junho chuckled lightly.
"well, continue."
"we settled on a picnic. we went to a shop and picked up items, some fruits, chips, lemonades, simple picnic foods."
jisung said.
"minho payed, so you're paying next time."
junho nodded.
"anything more I should know?"
"not really."
jisung shrugged.
"our conversations were just about random thoughts and things. I don't think you'll ever go back to it if you'll go on a date with him tomorrow."
"oh, okay...wait what?"
junho furrowed his eyebrows.
"what do you mean tomorrow?"
"tomorrow we have another date, mom and dad suggested it. I can't go, I have a thing at school and won't make it. but you do have time."
jisung said.
"and you couldn't tell me earlier?"
junho was flabbergasted.
"well i also didn't know about it until the final moment before me and minho parted ways."
jisung shrugged.
"but hey, we agreed on going to a coffee shop for a while, nothing too long and nothing too crazy, so you're chill."
"holy shit, but tomorrow I'm hanging out with yeonjun and soobin."
junho said.
"you gotta have to reschedule then. I can't go. if it was minho initiating the date, I would maybe find some excuse. but this was by our parents. they know that you're free tomorrow, and that I'm busy. you can't do shit about it. just man up and go on one date. how many times were you on a date with him, maybe five times? not even that? you can do it one time."
jisung said.
"you are bolder."
junho pointed out.
"and what? is it a bad thing?"
jisung said, still annoyed and fuming.
"not at all. I'm happy for it."
junho said.
"I'm proud of you. now we just gotta work for that spark to be inside of you every single second of your life. the confidence you don't have yet."
and with that, junho exited jisung's room.
