light jumper over his shoulders, his arms crossed, jisung stood by a bus station near his house that minho told him to wait at with the instructions of 'dressing up comfortably, but in a way that you won't get cold easily'.
not really clear.
even tho jisung tried to get it out of him many, many times, minho insisted on keeping the idea of the date a secret. for the vibes apparently.
and that got jisung wondering.
having the idea of what type of person minho was, jisung thought the date would probably be something outside. something with a little charm tho. maybe visiting some garden? it was late spring, the flowers would be in their prime.
"if we don't go there today, we definitely have to check it out on another date."
jisung whispered to himself, a small smile growing on his face.
suddenly, a motorcycle pulled up to the bus stop, right in front of jisung. for a second, he was confused, before the rider took off his helmet.
jisung's eyes widened.
"minho?"
"hello beautiful."
minho said with a small smile.
"ready to go?"
"y-you drive a motorcycle?"
jisung was speechless.
"yeah, usually when I need to unwind."
minho shrugged as he got off, opening the seat and taking a second helmet.
"you never mentioned that."
jisung said as minho put the helmet on his head, securing it.
"it's not something I talk about. it's just my secret hobby not everyone needs to know about."
minho said, and after making sure that jisung's helmet was properly done, he sat back down on the motorcycle, putting his own helmet on.
"come on, the sooner we leave, the more time we will have together."
jisung blinked, before nodding and getting on the motorcycle, right behind minho, before wrapping his arms around minho's torso awkwardly.
minho chuckled, taking jisung's arms and wrapping them around himself properly.
"hold on tight, we wouldn't want you to fall off."
jisung held his breath as his hands brushed over minho's very defined abs.
"y-yeah. I'll hold on."
"good."
minho said as he roared the engine, and they started driving away.
even tho jisung was a bit scared at the start, the ride was actually more then enjoyable. the wind hitting his body, the sweet sound of the motorcycle...he felt at peace. without even realizing it, he let his head rest on minho's back and closed his eyes.
was this how heaven felt?
jisung wasn't sure how much time had passed when the motorcycle stopped in its tracks, and minho turned the engine off.
"we're here."
minho said, turning his head around.
jisung got off first, and when he was safely standing on the ground, his hands went to the helmet, trying to take it off unsuccessfully.
minho took off his own helmet, getting off the bike and looking at jisung, letting out a chuckle.
"slow down, slow down."
he smiled as he took off jisung's helmet for him.
"there. see? you just gotta be patient."
"you know damn well that's the only thing I'm not."
jisung pouted, before actually looking around.
"where even are we? I don't know this place. it's really pretty here."
jisung was looking at a park. park with blooming flowers, and a small lake just a few feet from them, where a few more people could be seen. obviously a couple, a man walking his dog, and a mom with her two small kids.
"it is, isn't it?"
a small smile appeared on minho's face.
"my friend hyunjin is an artist. he comes here a lot for inspiration when he wants to draw something."
"can't blame him."
jisung said quietly, completely in awe, before looking at minho.
"so, what is your plan?"
minho moved to his motorcycle, taking a basket that was striped to the back of the motorcycle. jisung didn't even notice it when he was getting on.
"we're going to have a small picnic, my dear jisung."
minho smiled, holding the basket.
"and we're going to continue to read the book we started on our little reading date. I can't wait to know what happens next. I hope you didn't read it without me."
jisung blinked, looking minho up and down.
"that's your dream date?"
"yeah, what did you expect it to be?"
minho tilted his head to the side.
"I don't really know to be honest. I didn't expect you to be so romantic."
jisung said teasingly.
"please, i am full of romance."
minho scoffed as he gently took jisung's hand, and the two of them started walking closer to the lake.
"besides, spending time with you is already my dream date. I had to get a little creative."
jisung looked down, trying to hide his gummy smile.
but of course, minho noticed it.
the gentle wind was blowing in their faces, as they undone the blanket ( that was hiding in the basket ), and sat down on top of it. being the menace minho was, he proposed a game with a smirk growing on his face.
"there are eight things in this basket."
minho said.
"if you can guess at least three, you'll get a special prize?"
"and that is?"
"no revealing of the special prize until u actually win it."
jisung clicked his tongue.
"do i at least get some hints?"
"maybe say it with your adorable smile and I consider it."
minho wiggled his eyebrows.
that had jisung busting out laughing, which indeed, did grant him his free hints, and he won the game just by one single item.
luck was definitely on jisung's side that moment.
and before they knew it, minho was stopping at the same bus station he picked jisung up few hours ago.
"are you sure you don't want me to drop you off at your house?"
minho said with concern in his eyes, taking off his helmet as jisung got off the motorcycle.
"it's okay, it's really close. besides, I don't want to risk anyone seeing us."
jisung said, returning the helmet to minho.
"thank you for today, I had a lot of fun."
"I am glad to hear that."
a smile grew on Minho's face.
"I did too."
jisung crossed his arms.
"but you know, I didn't get my special prize."
"I was saving it for the grand finale."
minho said with a slight grin.
suddenly, jisung was pulled a little closer by his waist, and minho placed a gentle kiss on jisung's cheek. red started decorating jisung's face when minho's hand fell from his waist.
"thank you for today. every single second i spend with you is precious."
minho said, a soft smile on his face.
jisung blinked.
"l-likewise."
chuckling, minho put his helmet on again.
"get home safely. text me when you're there so I don't have to worry."
"okay."
jisung said, waving to minho as he rode away.
and his heart was filled with warm feeling.
