minho was currently sitting in his biology class, trying to pay attention, while his best friend was distracting him, as always.
but today, something completely different was distracting minho already.
well...more like someone.
han junho.
on their first date, everything felt so...comfortable?
they had a good time, and enjoyed each other's company.
and his smile...his smile...
then, why did he get a completely different vibe from him yesterday?
something was just...off.
the atmosphere was a little tenser, and all of junho's questions seemed...well, a bit weird.
why was he asking if minho liked parties and drugs?
on their first date, junho was giving him more of an introvert vibe, but apparently he was wrong.
but he's never wrong about people, so why couldn't he figure out han junho?
that just seemed to draw minho to him more.
"dude, what is wrong with you?"
hyunjin whispered.
"I literally stole your pen almost ten minutes ago DIRECTLY from your hand. how the fuck didn't you notice yet?"
minho looked on his hand, finding out hyunjin was right. his pen was missing from his hand.
"shit. I guess you really stole it."
"well, no shit."
hyunjin threw the pen in front of minho.
"dude seriously, what happened?"
"nothing."
minho simply said.
"bullshit. you would have already murdered me by now."
hyunjin said.
"I am going to murder you if you won't shut up."
minho said coldly.
"that's my minho."
hyunjin gently clapped his hands to not make any sound. they were in class after all.
"but seriously, what's wrong?"
minho sighed.
"there is just...something on my mind."
"wanna talk about it?"
hyunjin said.
minho shook his head.
"no. it's not that serious."
"you sure? it seems like it's bothering you."
"it's really okay. I would tell you if it was important."
"alright then."
hyunjin sighed, giving up.
"just know I'm here for you, okay?"
minho nodded.
"mhm. thank you."

opening the door of a bookstore, minho walked inside, a little smile on his face as he looked around.
today wasn't the best day, and he just wanted to make it better by buying himself a new book, you know? and besides, he already finished the one he was reading before, so he needed some new stuff.
walking around, he was looking at the names and the authors, sometimes pulling a book out of the shelf to check what it was about when the cover or the name sounded interesting.
as he walked behind the corner, he saw a shelf full of books written by julie black.
he made his way to it, looking at the oh so familiar covers of the books he has already read thousand times before.
his eyes stopped at one specific book.
dying desire.
taking it out of the shelf, he looked on the cover.
he read this book a while back, when it first came out. it was definitely in his huge shelf of books, somewhere.
"from all of julie's black books, you liked this one the most huh?"
minho whispered to himself, snorting.
what was he even doing?
why was he thinking about him again?
