Ring ring went off your alarm clock which quickly woke you up, because you had to get up early for work. You have been working part time as a waitress at a karaoke bar for a few weeks now, It was your first job since you started going to college.
You were taking over some food and drinks to this one room with five boys, when you first walked in you noticed the song they were singing to. You know this song since it was one of your favorite so you couldn't help but begin to hum it while you were arranging the food and drinks on the table. Your favorite part in the song was coming up and without realizing you were singing and then after you didn't hear the other voice anymore, just the instrumental, so when you looked up you saw all five boys looking at you.
"Miss, that was beautiful!" One of them said.
Your face was already feeling hot and you didn't know what to say.
"T-Thank you.." You put one of your hands on your cheek to cool it down. "I'm s-sorry, I'll just finish up here and leave." You looked down and quickly putting the last of the plates and utensils on the table.
"No, it's okay! We all like your voice, why don't you sing a song with us?" Says the boy with long hair and glasses.
"Oh no, I'm still working and I'd just be a bother." You refused and were still embarrassed.
"One or two songs won't hurt and we're fine with one more person, right?" A guy with a deeper voice looked towards the others in the room.
They all nodded in agreement and one of them looked at you with a nice greeting smile, you just looked at him but then gave a small smile back.
"Oh oh let's do this song!" Said one of the boys who was very energetic
"That's a duet, Sandeul." Said a boy with a baby face.
"Then uh Miss, could sing it with one of us!" He turned his head to me and gave a friendly smile.
You just realized you haven't introduced yourself. "That sounds like a good idea and my name is [Y/N] [L/N] by the way." You said scratching your cheek with an awkward smile.
"That's a beautiful name. My name is Jinyoung, nice to meet you." He said formally.
You thanked him for the compliment and the others introduced themselves. You were familiar on who they were already, they were B1A4, and you listen to some of their songs.
"So who do you want to sing with, [Y/N]?" Baro asked.
You shrugged "I'm fine with anyone."
"What about Jinyoung? I think your voices would sound good together." CNU said looking at you two.
You looked up at Jinyoung who also turned to look at you.
"Now that I think about it, their voices would sound nice together!" Sandeul said as the others agreed with him.
"Okay!" You smiled as you grabbed two microphones and handed one to Jinyoung.
The song started and when it was Jinyoung's turn to sing his voice sounded very familiar. His voice was soothing and beautiful to you, like a nightingale. Was this the voice you fell in love with?
You couldn't help but smile, you were happy to hear it again and the real thing with your own ears.
You sang other songs with them and you completely lost track of time until Jinyoung remembered they had to be somewhere soon.
"Guys, I just remembered we have to go shoot our MV really soon, if we don't go now we'll be late." Jinyoung announced to the other members.
You looked to check way time it was and you couldn't believe your eyes. 'Crap! How could I forget about my own job?!' You said to yourself as the members were shuffling around getting their stuff in a hurry.
"We have to go now, [Y/N], we would stay to help pick up but we're in a rush. Sorry!" CNU apologized.
"It's okay, go before it's too late." You said as they said good bye.
You began putting the dishes onto the cart when you noticed a phone on the seat.
