7 Reasons Part 1

This was requested by one of my fellow and loyal readers. Because it's not told in the title, today's topic will be about

7 Reasons Why Old T.V. Shows Were Best

This is a quick lil reminder or whatever. I might not be able to make 7 because for this book, all of my ideas come straight off the dome. I mean, who tf writes down what they wanna say in a rant book? Rant books usually come from my brain and honest opinion, no pen or pencil required. :) no offense to those who do though.

1. Times were just wayyyyy different.

T.V. shows back in the 90s and early 2000s, hell even the 70s and 80s will be different because times were different. Back then, they didn't have technology and social media as their primary entertainment like nowadays. If you ask me, they seemed more genuine back then too.

2. Everything on the air today sucks ass.

Let's be 100 percent with our selves. I don't give a good got damn if you like Love &Hip Hop down to R&B divas or whatever, are you really finna sit here and say those types of shows are better than the ones back in the G? Is LHH ATL better than Moesha, ON A SENSIBLE AND VALUABLE WAY? I don't think so either.

3. They actually told stories and gave real world advice.

Now, shows teach you about fighting and twerking. It's a damn shame to be honest. I still remember watching that episode of That's So Raven when the lady hated black people and Corey had that black history time travel. I LOVE THAT EPISODE. Or the episode where they photoshopped Raven because she was plus size and made the other model, who was already skinny, small as hell. Back then, t.v. shows could be entertaining but at the same time spit some real nigga shit.

4. People, or at least the majority of them, had common sense.

Not trying to talk down on nobody, but it's crystal clear this generation runs on stupidity and wack ass music. If you disagree,....Imma pray for you. This generation has sucked you into their black hole of FuckShit.

5. I love Martin.

This is lowkey off topic but fuck it. A lot of ppl may not agree, but Martin is one of the best t.v. shows. I watch it everyday on Mtv 2 and I be laughing my ass off. Everytime I watch it, I see the bridge between that show and the "comedy" shows we have now. It's...more effortlessly funny and seemed better. Does that make sense?

6. A lot of those shows foreshadows things that occurs now and speaks more about it than ppl nowadays.

I know everybody have seen those clips from that show Red Fox (I think thats his name). Omfg whats the name of that show? Sandford and Son? Ion know fuck it. He said what is the main cause of death of black people. The other guy answered diabetes and high blood pressure. Red Fox or whoever said Forreal? I thought it was the police. After I saw that clip, I was like......wow.

And I know y'all saw that clip from Married with Children when they thought the short-haired blonde girl was Bruce Jenner. I mean, (if yall get mad, suck my balls) Caitlyn isn't as important as police brutality, but it still foreshadowed something that has occured now.

7. In conclusion, everything was just better.

Be real. The music, culture, society, t.v. shows and fashion was just better back then. There are some clothing items that seriously had to go, but its better than walking around naked like people do now.

Alright, my 7 reasons are over. Today's question is

What is a reason that t.v. shows back then are better than current ones? It can be one I named or one I didn't.

I got a new 7 reasons coming later. Give me some suggestions. I wanna hear what y'all want. I mean, everything I do is for y'all.
