Visiting the Farm Again

Yeah! That would be awesome. And I'm pretty sure I have nothing else to do, and I'll just make Karl come if he is busy. Which he usually isn't, because secretly I really don't think he has any friends. I whispered secretly.

I'll have to hold that one above your head! He laughed kissing my hand, before putting his eyes back on the road.

Sighing I sunk into the car seat, before we finally arrived to there house.

Jades POV:

"We're here Jade!" Niall spoke brightly, parking on the driveways of the old paint chipped farm house.

Sitting up from the seat, I made a movement to open my side of the door, but it was quickly opened by the man himself.

"Thanks Ni!" I said while taking his hand, to help me get out.

"No problem."

Grabbing onto my hand, he created soft circles with his thumb onto the outside of my hand, while we walked up to Uncle James's house.

Knocking on the door quite loudly, we waited for what was about 3 seconds before someone opened the door.

"Niall!!"

"Jade, so great to see you two!!" Aunt Maddy gasped loudly with happiness.

Before we could speak another word she turned around and yelled back into the house.

"James! Niall and Jade are here!!" She screamed excited before I heard loud footsteps coming towards us.

"Well look who it is!! Uncle James bellowed out with a wide grin before giving Niall and I a huge hug.

"What's up Uncle James?" Niall laughing asked.

" Nothing much, nothing much. It has been so boring here without my favorite person to keep me company."

" Oh sorry Uncle I've been so busy!" Niall apologized.

" Oh you too, but I was actually talking about Jade..." He awkwardly ended making Aunt Maddy and I laugh at Niall's expression.

" Psh whatever... Aunt Maddy you have any cookies?" Niall asked all of a sudden still taking note where outside.

" Of course!!! Come in, why aren't you two already in yet?" She question. Ushering us in quickly.

Laughing I slipped off my shoes right next to the door, before Niall and I followed Aunt Maddy and Uncle James to the kitchen where the cookies were.

" And here are the homemade fresh out of the oven cookies!" Aunt Maddy presented bringing them to the table with four glasses of milk.

" Thanks Aunt Maddy!" I said happily taking a cookie for myself.

"Well no problem! Now how have you two been lately?" She asked taking a seat next to me.

" We've been great! Life's been good." Niall said before taking another bite out of his cookie.

" Niall! Manners please!" Aunt Maddy complained slapping him softly on his arm.
