"Sophie, really? A broken stair on the porch?" Mason asks as he walks outside with her.
"I just wanted to talk to you. Do you think we will ever be able to tell her?" Sophie asked.
"I don't know. It's not like it affects is now, but we really do need to tell her." Mason said nervously.
"Ok when do you want to?"
"Right now." He said and strides confidently into the house.
(Masons POV)
I didnt know what I was gona say! I couldn't just go in there and tell her the truth like that. What I needed to tell her wasn't important, just something she needed to know. But Mac might be angry, angry that I kept it from her for so long. I walked into the house and felt very nervous. I wanted to tell her that I loved her tonight, but I figured it might be too soon, and with that and this news in the same night, I couldnt.
"Mac, we have something to tell you. Lets sit down."
