— Endurance training was top marks, strength was also top marks, drivability was average but enough, and finally target shooting… you did it with ease! — The speaker was Bubba, he was in his office reading a paper, and in the chair in front of him, his daughter.

Picky had taken the test to become a police officer, her area would be the streets since it was easier. She passed and this made Bubba very happy, she received her badge and a nine millimeter caliber gun.

— Haha!! That's it, girl! Now, the following, any scolding I give you under this roof and on the streets, in a formal manner, as a police officer, I'm not your father at work — the girl heard and agreed — okay, go back home, tomorrow you start working.

Picky shook her head and left the office, sighing deeply in relief that she had passed. It wasn't what she had thought she would work for, but it was what it seemed like at first, and she was happy about it. She caught her breath and left the department, walking home.

The training lasted a week, each test lasting about an hour or two, in the meantime, she learned better how to use a gun and how to drive a car, and as a father, Bubba said he could buy her a car.

In all the tests, they asked her age, and said that she couldn't be there to be a cop, but all Bubba had to do was whisper something in each one's ear, and everyone accepted...

“What did he say to each of them? I didn’t hear it myself, but it made everyone freeze and train me to be kind of… fearless?” She thought as she went up the stairs to her apartment.

Stopping before, she had an idea, to go up to the terrace and train a little more. On the terrace, she did not summon her axe, but rather manifested her aura, which was different;

Picky's aura was red but it didn't cover her entire body, the aura appeared and appeared like a cape, starting from her neck, inside the design of the cape, bubbles were seen coming from the bottom of the cape.

After manifesting the aura, she summoned her axe that emanated his own aura, it was a kind of very simple pink smoke.

“I don’t know why you’re like this… even though you’re part of my soul, you’re still an object…” thought Picky, looking closely at his own reflection in the axe blade “sometimes I wonder… what’s your real name?”

After talking to the axe, she picks it up and starts training, doing some acrobatics and striking with it. The place was quite dusty, and the girl's blows cleared away a lot of the dust.

In the midst of these movements, she modified her aura so that it had the appearance of a scouter, which by the way worked. Another time she modified it so that it appeared to be armor, but it changed once again, returning to being a cape.

“Ugh… I still don’t know what to do with it, is it really that hard to decide? A cape is seriously my favorite thing!?” He abruptly stopped training, threw the axe on the ground, and headed for the stairs.

Inside the apartment, at the beginning of the night, the axe appears, strangely it enters through the living room window, this scares Picky, she thought that after leaving the axe on the ground floor, it would disappear, but not by entering through the window.

The girl took the weapon and stared at it confusedly for a while, smoothing it out to understand… but nothing happened.
Bubba was present;

— What was that? What happened? — he asked, also confused by the situation.

Picky signaled that she didn't know, but that her item had been acting strangely lately, that it appeared without being called, emitted magic even without an order, and that this thing of floating to her was the first time.

— Hmm… what do you think about going to see Nathan? He should know what it is — he suggested.

Picky said it was a good thing, and that taking advantage of the rest of the day's time would be beneficial.

There was no other way, they took the car and went to Nathan's house, and there he checked the axe, he could not lift the weapon because it was a “Divine Item”, which is directly connected to the user's soul, where only he can lift it.

— Hmm… I’ve seen that before — said the fox, who immediately looked at Picky — someone turned your weapon

— What do you mean? — Bubba said, quite confused.

Picky just expressed confusion as he looked even more at the axe.

— Someone or a person became her weapon, there are six celestial blacksmiths who make weapons and armor, and certain souls ask to become an object and be delivered to a being who is still alive, many become pieces of clothing or accessories, others become armor or weapons — explained Nathan, sitting in the armchair.

— A person, or a relative of theirs, died and asked to be turned into a weapon for them? — reasoned the elephant.

— Exactly, the good thing is that in that state, they don't die... and there she goes...

There wasn't enough time to turn around quickly, Bubba no longer saw Picky in the living room, he wasn't worried, he just sighed and sat on the couch, Nathan even offered him something to drink or eat.

In the middle of the forest, Picky was running while holding her axe, she was tearing up, almost on the verge of crying.

She arrived at an area where in the center was a large rock with many cut marks, the rock was huge and the marks had different depths. The girl took a deep breath, grabbed the axe and struck it.

That rock was placed there by Nathan, with the intention of putting an end to her training, but that would only happen if the rock was cut in half. For a long time she went to that place every day, but then she stopped until now... where the boulder was finally split in half.

Picky looked at the cut with a sparkle in her eyes, she removed the axe from the ground and the rock separated into equal parts, then it disappeared in a magical glow full of photons.

“I did it… I split the rock in half, I reached a critical point of my strength and treasure. Wait, there’s still a place for me to go!”

She thought before remembering another place, she disappeared at high speed and ran through the forest in search of something, it was a tree, this tree was smaller in relation to the others, it was a dwarf oak.

In front of the tree, Picky emanated her aura, this time surrounding her entire body, fluent and bright. She stared at the plant for a while, which then began to shine. Strangely, a drop of water ran down one of the leaves. Picky noticed and stood beneath it, with the drop falling into her mouth.

— Picky… girl — someone said that, Picky turned around quickly and saw only the axe there — my name is…
Picky's eyes widened.
