Today was a day of nerves and happiness as people ran around making sure everything was perfect. Esme was in charge of everything from welcoming the guests down to making sure all food and decorations were set up in the reception hall. They had a surprise for Adam, one they knew he would enjoy and cherish for the rest of his life.
Just as the last of the guest arrived and was seated did Adam walk in. Wearing an all Black suit he nervously twisted the cuffs to his suit before offering a bright smile to his guest. He walked down the aisle with his held high before taking his post at the front. Still wearing a bright smile he noticed a figure hunched over in the back but thought nothing of it as he turned his attention the double doors he knew Alice would be coming out of soon.

He didn't have to wait long as the music began to play and his groomsman along with the bridesmaids walked in hand and hand. Edward, Jasper, and Emmet were paired with theirs mates dress beautiful. His brothers all had on clean grey suits as their mates had on Lilic colored dress. It meshed together well looking as if they all stepped out of a magazine. As they took there places everyone stood as the doors once again opened.

Alice walked out holding onto Carlisle arm.Adam couldn't help but tear up not caring how they would never fall today. He knew if he was human she would have stolen his breath. Even have him bawling tears like a child. Some days he thought about just how lucky he was to meet such a wonderful person that loved him just as much as he loved her. It was unreal and he thanked whatever god upstairs for giving her to him.

The Dress Alice was wearing
Adam watched with bated breath as she glided down the aisle before finally stopping at the end. He stepped forward, shaking Carlisle hand before taking her hands into his hands. He led her to the podium as Esme who went and got her officiant license just for this day stepped forward. Adam was the one to ask this of her as she was and still is the mother he never had. She herself was more than happy to do this
"Please be seated" Esme smiled at the guest waiting for everyone to take their seat. "Thank you" She then turned to the two happy couple with tears in her eyes and an even brighter smile.
"Friends, family, and loved ones, we come together today, in the sight of the divine and of you as witnesses to join Adam Swan and Alice Cullen in marriage. We gather around them now in this wonderful place, and we look on with love and hope as these two begin their new life together as one." Esme sighed taking both Alice and Adam's hands into her own. "Marriage is a sacred partnership built on a strong foundation of love—not a casual or fleeting emotion, but a deep, committed love rooted in sacrifice, hard work, and open communication. This kind of love makes the effort of marriage worthwhile. From this foundation, trust, intimacy, and the many beautiful aspects of a lasting relationship can grow. I see all of this is you two today. The type of love that has flourished into something spectacular and with a strong mind and soul I turn to you" Esme made eye contact with Alice noting her bright smile and teary eyes as she was taking the next step in her life with the man she loved.
"Alice Cullen do you take Adam Swan to be your lawfully wedded husband? Will you honor and cherish him; love, trust, and commit to him, through joy and pain, sickness and health, and whatever life may throw at you both, until death do you part?"
Alice looked into Adam's eyes as she reached out and held his check in the palm of her hand she nodded. "I do"
"Adam Swan, do you take Alice Cullen to be your lawfully wedded wife? Will you honor and cherish her ; love, trust, and commit to her, through joy and pain, sickness and health, and whatever life may throw at you both, until death do you part?"
Adam smiled laying a small kiss on Alice's hand "I do" He confirmed smiling as his eyes met hers.
"At this time we will exchange rings" Emmet pulled a ring out of his pocket at the same time as Rose. Both handing them over to their respective siblings. Adam slid his ring onto Alice's finger first then Alice did the same to him. Neither one breaking eye contact with the other.
"with the power vested in me, I am so happy to pronounce you husband and wife. Adam you may kiss your beautiful bride!"
Adam didn't have to be told twice. He pulled Alice into his chest and dipped her down earning. A squeal of surprise from his wife to be. kissing her softly on the lips their world faded barely hearing the clapping in the background. All they saw was each other as he pulled her back up. "I love you Alice Cullen"
"And I love you newly named Adam Cullen" Alice grabbed his hand and pulled him back down the aisle. Smiling brightly at the friends and family that surrounded them. "Adam I have a small surprise for you" Alice lead him the opposite way from the reception hall. Instead she lead him into a room where a man sat. The second they enter did the older man look up and smile
"Dad" Adam eyes widen as he looked over his father's form in surprise. It has been years since he had seen him
"I'm so proud of you son" Charlie stood up, grabbing a cane on the way. "I'm so happy I got to see you get married today before my time" Tears not streamed down Charlie's face as he walked over to his only son. "Promise me something son"
Adam nodded still too shocked for words as he took a step closer. "You live your life to the fullest and don't let anyone hold you back. Alice here is a good woman don't ever let her forget it"
Shocking out a laugh Adam hugged his father one last time. He knew this would most likely be their last meeting and he was ok with that. Happy to have this last moment together. "I love you dad"
"I love you too Adam" with that they parted. Adam finally leaving behind his past life to focus on his future. He would never forget his father even if he had Carlisle now. He claimed them both just as he claimed Esme as his mother. This was his eternal family and he would love them forever
