Julius and I are driving in my pink Barbie jeep and Julius is talking about his plan to check off #2 off the pail agenda. I didn't know what to wear, so I just wore my "ILY IGGY" shirt because I feel like that shirt is appropriate for every occasion.
Three speeding tickets and a concussion later we arrive at Jayda and Anthony's wedding reception that is in the Hardyston Hotel. We didn't know who Jayda nor Anthony were nor did we care, but they had a dance floor and that's what we needed.
"So how do you plan on just crashing their wedding," I ask Julius as we make our way to the door. "Well we have to have secret identities. My secret name is Dominik bc that's a sexy name and shows ppl I'm a domino lover," Julius responds with a smirk. God, that smirk gives me gas. "Then who am I?" "You're secret identity name is Maddie bc you're fat and ugly just like that name and your ears remind me of a ram's horns."
Tru.
We walk in the reception and everyone starts looking at us. Maybe because the hot Miami heat has already made pit stains in my shirt. Deodorant is for squares.
Julius starts walking towards the dance floor which is packed with people. Before I can lift my heavy cankle to walk with him, a girl about my age is talking to me.
"Hey, what's your name?" she asks with a smile and big eyes, but u wish she wouldn't smile cuz her teeth are jacked. "Ca- er Maddie," I say matching her tone. "I'm Kailey."
"That's glam."
"So, how do you know Jayda and Anthony."
Goddaleit I didn't know I would be asked these questions.
"I know Jayda from er," I think of something quick,"we owned a tshirt business together."
"Oh that's fun."
"Yeah we got like 10.3657K on insta. Wapow!"
I'm so awkward.
"I know Anthony bc he's kinda my secret lover. Like after this reception he and I are going to the janitor's closet to do the do," Kailey says,"but don't tell anyone." She winks at me and smiles.
She seems really nice.
I wobble over to the dance floor and I see that a circle has already been made and guess who is in the middle. My schnookie<3 Everyone is chanting. Dom-i-nik! Dom-i-nik! Julius is break dancing and didn't even know he could. He's a star.
A few hours later after some back-patting and fist bumps, Julius is ready to go and we officially completed #2 off the agenda. "I'm pretty sure Jayda had the hots for me," Julius says aka Dominik," but I will only love my little fatty Maddie."
We are walking out the door and I look back to see Kailey and Anthony secretly go into the janitor's closet snickering and I smile.
