Ross' point of view:
Monday mornings just suck! But this Monday isn't that bad, I thought to myself as I drove through town just as the sun was waking up. I pulled into Roxy's driveway. Leaving the car running, I ran up to the front porch. And as I was about to start knocking, the door creaked open.
“Shh.” My blond haired girlfriend whispered, closing the door behind her. She had her blond hair covered under a black beanie, accompanied by her favorite skinny jeans and black sweater. IN other words, she looked beautiful...
Together we walked back to my car. As we started to the Disney Studio's, I heard Roxy groan. “Remind me why I'm up so early on the first day of my spring break?”
I grinned at her. “Cause you love me.” I took her hand in mine.
“Yeah, yeah.” She said sarcastically, taking a drink of her green tea. “You're lucky I love you.” I kissed the back of her hand. In all reality, she was the one who asked me to come visit the set.
We finally go to set. I glanced over to Rox to see her face in awe. “I still can't get over the fact that this is your job.” I chuckled, wrapping my arms around her from behind.
“Hey guys.” Calum came walking up to us. “I got your script, Ross.” He handed me a large stack of paper. I thanked him. We talked to him for a few minutes before breaking off to my dressing room.
“Do you mind helping me run some lines?” I asked her, handing over the script. She nodded her head. “Let's start for when Holly comes in.”
Roxy squinted her greens eyes. “Who's Holly?”
“Just a guess star.” I explained. “She's only in this episode, I think,” I took hold of the script. “she's just Austin's friend who comes to visit.”
“Okay, let's do this.” She smiled, reading the paper.”Austin? Austin Moon, is that you?!!”
We had a great time running lines, it was hard to imagine that she wasn't an actress, she was actually pretty good. We were soon cut off when the overhead called me to set. I took a hold of Roxy's hand before trailing along to the sonic boom set.
“Why is everybody freaking out?” Roxy mumbled when we got to the set.
“I guess that actress playing Holly hasn't shown up yet.” Raini explained. “So, they're trying to find someone to fill in the role.”
We all kinda looked at Roxy, hoping she would step up. When she realized this she started to protest. “Please?” I begged her, kissing the back of her hands.
She threw her head back in defeat. “Fine..”
Yes! I threw my hands up in victory. I gave her a peck on the lips, causing her to giggle.
“Come on, we need to go talk to the director.” Laura said, pulling Roxy away towards the set. Before she could get far, Roxy grabbed my hand, dragging me along.
When we got to the director, he was slipping his phone into his back pocket. “Jeff?” Raini called out. He turned to us. “We have someone who might be able to play Holly.”
“Who's this?” Jeff, our director, asked. I could tell he was looking Roxy up and down, sizing her up for the role.
“This is Roxy Hill,” I stated proudly. “My girlfriend.” He started to do circles around her. “She's a great actress.”
