Chapten eleven~

Gripping the bottom of my seat for dear life, I clenched my teeth to muffle the screams that were trying to escape my mouth. I opened one of my eyes to look at the dashboard and it read 140km/h. Jason was driving like a wreckless maniac.

Oh my god. We were going to die.

My shoulders started shaking with fear and I squeezed my eyes shut again.

Logan turned around in his seat to look at me,

"Slow down Jason, you've already scared the crap out of her."

"Shut up Logan, it's just a bit of fun." Jason laughed.

I'm sure this was Jason's way of punishing me for refusing to cooperate earlier. Screw him, the sick bastard.

After five more agonizing minutes I could feel the car slightly slowing down and I let out a shaky breath of relief.

I pushed myself as far as I could into the corner of the seat and curled into a little ball, wishing I could just melt into the car and disappear.

Knowing that crying would just show vulnerability and weakness, I refused to let the tears in my eyes fall and turned towards the seat, hiding my face so I could compose myself.

After my body finally stopped trembling I discreetly looked up to see Logan staring at me, looking as frustrated as ever, having an internal debate with himself. His usual bright green eyes had darkened to a near black and the intensity in which he was gazing at me with sent shivers down my spine. After a moment he turned himself back to the front, looking out at the road ahead.

Cupping the side of my head with my hands, I fell asleep hoping that when I woke up, I would be back in my hotel room, awake from this horrible nightmare.

**~**

My body was moving up and down with the rhythm of walking steps and I opened my eyes to see Logan's face above me, staring ahead.

I mentally groaned. Lovely. It wasn't a dream.

Turning my head, I looked down to see the floor was moving. My suspicions were confirmed when I realized that I was being held by strong arms. Logan was carrying me.

I immediately flipped out, trying to escape his grip. He loosened his hold on me and gently put me down on my feet.

"What the hell are you doing!?" I screamed into his face.

He looked down and I could've sworn I saw a pink shade flush his cheeks.

"You were asleep when we got here," he quietly muttered, "I didn't want to wake you."

Wait, here? Where was here?

He sensed my puzzlement and nodded his head, directing his gaze to behind me.

I spun around and my eyes examined the hut in front of me. It was a log cottage; two storey's high with a balcony spiraling around the entire cabin. Windows were everywhere, the bright lights from inside illuminating the forest floor. We were in the middle of the woods and a single, long and narrow driveway appeared to be the only thing that could guide you back to civilization.
