21:End Game

Frank's POV

I finally managed to get myself untied from the ropes that I had holding me, and when I stepped out of the room, I heard yelling and walked back into the room,  scared of whatever the hell was going on. I pressed my back against the door, as if I could stop someone from coming in with the scrawny body I had.

So of course when someone opened the door it slid right open, dragging me on the floor with it.

"Frank!" I heard Mikey yell. "Thank god your okay!" He jumped ontop of me to hug me. "Gerards in trouble, and nobody knows where Ray is."

"Where's Gerard?" I asked. No matter what my job was to protect Gerard, since I was his weapon. Sure, we all four had matching soul wavelengths in case we were in trouble without our usual weapon, but I was still his usual weapon. But even if I weren't his weapon, he's still my best friend. I would try and protect him, for all the times he's protected me.

"In the room that had all the shouting just a minute ago. Our parents are in there right now, trying to get him." Mikey explained. "As much as I hate to say this, we need to let them handle this and get Ray."

"But I'm Gerard's weapon..." I stated, hardly able to look Mikey in the eyes. I never really outwardly showed it, but I always felt awkward as hell around Mikey, especially when I was a weapon. I just didn't know why.

"Frank, Gerard's got people helping him. I need you to help me get Ray so nothing bad happens to him." Mikey said. 

"Fine. What weapon do you want me to turn into?" I asked.

"How about a chain scythe?" Mikey asked.

"Okay." I replied, turning from my scrawny blue haired little boyish form to a chain scythe.

Mikey's POV 

I had no clue why the hell Frank seemed pretty unwilling to cooperate with me. I get that Gerard is the closest to him out of the four of us, but Ray and I were both close to him, too. Right now, I was sure Gerard would be fine. They have most of the team that helped defeat Asura there, with the exception of Liz, and even then, all of them had probably improved their skills in fighting way more since then.

I snuck out of the room, and started going down the hallway as fast and silently as possible. I already knew the most likely places for Sierra to hide Ray, so I started checking those rooms first. When I checked the fifth room, I found Liz tied up and passed out, like I had been earlier, though the ropes were a bit loose on me and easy to get out of. Her's seemed tighter than they did on me, so obviously getting out of it for her was going to be practically impossible, since the ropes were magically made to where you couldn't turn into a weapon.

I ran over to help her get out of her ropes, and I heard the door shut behind me., and I knew it wasn't Frank because I was cutting Liz's ropes with him. I froze where I was, too scared to turn around. From what my mom had said, Sierra and Joseph had been in the same room as Gerard, along with Patty, Crona, my dad, Black Star and Tsubaki. That left the options of Payton, Asura, and Ray that shut the door, and I didn't really like my chances there.

"Well, look who it is." I heard a female voice say behind me, so I automatically narrowed it down to Payton. I didn't have a clue what to do now, since I wasn't extremely good as a meister. That's the reason I needed Ray so badly. Him and I switched between who was the weapon and who was the meister, and he was way better at being the meister, which I never understood, since I had only found out I was a weapon too  a few months ago.

"What? Are you too scared to turn around and face me?" She said in a mocking tone. My right arm started shaking as I hesitantly turned around to see the light brown eyes and long dark brown hair that I had come to fear over the years, just from the few times I've been around her. "You know, if I just killed you right know, we'd have a little win over your parents. I'll bet that Asura would have a problem killing Ray either."
