This is what it looks like?
I peer out of the black-rimmed windows of the limousine as the driver pulls into the werewolf academy.
Levi is sitting across from me and checking our itinerary, having no interest in the grandeur school situated before us.
"It's incredible," I whisper in awe and continue to stare at the two-story granite masterpiece.
The sheer size of the school puts the Grand Canyon to shame. It lengthens for miles, making me try and peer at it from the sides of the window. The light beige color of the school only adds to it's perpetual continuity, blending in with the suns rays and almost making the school appear interminable; the only insinuation of the schools conclusion are the gold tiles that lead near the schools vineyard, which is about a thirty-minute walk. Well, at least that's what the schools brochure says.
"I'm glad you have taken such an interest. Also, I was very pleased to hear of your punctuality this morning despite last nights events," Levi says signing our class itineraries.
I'm thankful he is busy taking care of the schedules, being the blush that quickly rises to my face at the thought of my hectic morning.
I begged Diana to stay in bed as she rummaged around my closet, however she wouldn't here of it and babbled on about the importance of attending school and acquiring a proper education. I rolled my eyes numerously as she kept hoping to "inspire me." However, when she saw that her "inspirational" speech had no effect on me whatsoever, she went with what she thought was a fitting exchange and threatened to have me educated about the castles fine china by the queen herself; I ran faster then I ever that day in all my years of being a rogue.
I straighten my light blue dress and check that I'm still wearing my white-strapped sandals.
I guess you can say that I'm nervous, but who wouldn't be? I haven't been to school in years. What if everything's more different than I remember it to be?
My door swings open breaking me out of my thoughts. The limousine driver holds the door open and bows his head. I turn to tell Levi to go first but stop when I see he's already gone. Levi is patiently waiting by my door, holding his hand out for me to take.
I mentally berate myself for being so nervous. I put my tiny hand in his large one and clutch my backpack tightly against my shoulder.
"Don't you think the limousine was a little bit, oh I don't know, excessive?" The thick sarcasm lacing my voice couldn't be any more evident, but it's my only source of comfort as all eyes stare at our approaching figures.
"No," he answers simply.
I roll my eyes at his response and walk in synch by his side towards the schools entrance. As we get closer to the student body he carefully encircles his hand around my waist and tightens his hold on my waist. He ushers my eyes away from the students and into his. Yet, despite his attempt to shield my eyes my curiosity gets the better of me, and soon enough I turn and assess all the commotion.
Levi keeps growling at the male wolves whose eyes linger on me for more then a moment; whereas I am frowning at the lingering stares he is receiving.
Levi's black polo shirt and designer pants leave nothing to the imagination. His defined build is practically set on display, causing everyone to swoon, including some of the male population. And I wish it ends there, but unfortunately it doesn't. They proceed to take pictures on their phones of the gorgeous prince, whispering about his tousled black hair and alluring black eyes, and only causing me to squirm as I try and avoid to claw their eyes out.
