Nezuko's P.O.V.

Tanjiro was just about to use his Water Breathing Fifth Form when the demon and his copies rose from their puddles.

"What, there's three of them now?!" Tanjiro exclaimed.

"It's probably part of his Blood Demon Art. Focus, Tanjiro!" I yelled as I got ready to attack.

"Right," he said, then he calmed his breathing and started his attack again, but this time with the Eighth Form.

While Tanjiro attacks one of the demons, I started fighting the other two.

'Music Breathing - Second Form: Accelerando' (Heads Will Roll starts playing)

Nezuko starts slashing at the demon, getting faster and faster with each slash.

"Where the hell is the music coming from?" the main demon asked, while dodging Tanjiro's attacks. Tanjiro swung twice but missed both times.

"Back off already. The girl's gonna go stale, damn it!" the demon whined.

"Huh?" Tanjiro said.

"She's 16 already, okay? If I don't eat her now, she'll lose her flavor!" the demon exclaimed.

"You perverted little bastard!" I yelled as I started attacking harder. As I attacked, I didn't pay attention to the conversation going on around me. All of a sudden, the demon addresses me.

"You're a demon, why would you be helping a human?"

"That human is my brother, I'd rather be helping him than being a slave to Muzan."

"Don't say his name!" the demon yelled in fear.

"Awe is the little demon scared of his daddy," I teased with a smirk.

"Grrrr," the demon growled. "Get her!" He commanded his copies. His copies did as told and started attacking me.

Tanjiro and I continue to attack the demons, but we aren't getting any closer to defeating them.

"Tanjiro, protect Kazumi and Tokie. I'm going underground." I told him.

"Alright, be careful," he answered.

"I will," I said, then followed the demon inside his swamp.

When I got inside the swamp, the demon was momentarily shocked. I looked around at all of the clothing and got angry.

'This pervert has killed dozens of girls. No more. His killing days are over.'

I started heading towards the demon using my fire to propel me forward. I worked hard for my fire not to be weak to water. The demon's eyes went wide when he noticed how fast I was headed towards him. When he came out of his shock, I was five feet in front of him.

'Music Breathing - 7th Form: Ligature'

"Shit!" he said, and then he made his two copies take the brunt of my attack, defeating them. The main body went above ground, and I followed him.

'Coward!' I yelled internally.

When I got to the surface, Tanjiro was fighting the demon. While Tanjiro fought the demon, I headed over to Kazumi and Tokie, who was now awake.

"You two doing okay?" I asked.

"As okay as we can be," Kazumi said. I nodded.

"I am sorry to say this, but Satoko is gone. The demon killed her. I was able to get this for you, though. I am truly sorry for your loss." I said solemnly as I held out the hairpin.

"I-I... Thank you," he said as he took the hairpin and started to cry. I squeezed his shoulder, giving him some silent comfort, then looked over to Tokie.

"How are you doing, hun? I didn't see any injuries on you when I got you from the demon's grasp, but I could've missed something." I asked Tokie.

"I'm a little sore, probably a few bruises, and still pretty shaken. But other than that, I'm okay. Thank you for saving me. Your brother, too," she answered

"That's good. And it's no trouble, it's what we do. Where are you sore? I can help with that. I just need you not to freak out."

"My sides," she said and pointed to the specific areas.

"Okay, what I'm about to do, you can not tell anyone about, alright. It won't hurt, trust me." I told her, and she nodded.

"You saved me, I trust you," she smiled.

'Okay, truth time. Let's see how much that training paid off.' I thought.

"Kazumi, turn around." he did as I said. "Tokie, I need you to lift your shirt slightly so I can heal your sides." she nodded shyly and lifted her shirt.

I hovered my three middle fingers over the biggest bruise first, and conjured up my flames. Tokie yelped when she saw the flames, but didn't move. I pulled back slightly, looking at her for confirmation. She inhaled, then looked at me in determination and trust and nodded. I put my fingers on the bruise, and when they touched her skin, she let out a sigh of relief. I saw the bruise getting smaller and smaller until it was gone. I smiled, Tokie saw me smile, and looked down at her side and saw that the bruise was gone, and she gasped. She then looked at me and smiled. I then continued to heal her other bruises. Tokie pulled her shirt down, and I put out my flames when Tanjiro joined us.

"Hey, demon gone?" I asked, already knowing the answer.

"Yeah, took a while, but he's dead," he said.

"Good. Well, we'd better get these two home." I said, just as our crows came to tell us our next assignment.

"Next up, Asakusa, Tokyo!" Matsuemon crowed, followed by Kuro.

"Rumors of a demon lurking there!"

"Another mission already?!" Tanjiro exclaimed.

"Yep," I said

"But we just got finished with this one, do we have to head out now?" Tanjiro whined.

"Yes, yes, you do," Matsuemon said.

"Alright then, Kazumi, can you take Tokie home, please?" I asked him.

"Oh, sure," he said and nodded.

"We leave her in your capable hands," Tanjiro said.

"Take care, you two," I said and shook Kazumi's hand and hugged Tokie.

"Thank you two for helping our village," Tokie said.

"You're welcome," Tanjiro and I said, and bowed, then headed out towards our next destination.
