Just right after responding to that tweet, Rhian ran as fast as she could to get into her car, almost throwing herself in there. She knew couldn't afford to waste any more minute. For her, it's a matter of life and death indeed. She realized she needed to be true to herself. Ayaw niya nang magpakatanga pa.
All along, she's been at a crossroad, having to make a tough decision.. Can you imagine how much pain she had to go through for letting someone she loves go, and.. how difficult it was to have her head and her heart contradict each other? The confusion and dilemma in deciding which to take the lead: her head, her brain.. or her heart, her feelings?
She couldn't seem to comprehend the idea of how can something that feels so right be so wrong? She couldn't help but think that.. what if there’s still hope somewhere down the line? That things could still change? That there could still be a way? That there’s always a chance for a miracle?
Each passing day, she's still completely haunted by these questions.. The constant battle between facing the harsh reality and believing in their fairytale ending... But then she couldn't just set aside the fact that there's a really thin line between having hope and faith and being foolishly naive... Which one was her?
'Please give me the sign from the universe.. Show me this is all meant to be. Just fvcking tell me if this love.. is really worth fighting for.. pretty please.... dammit, I'm beggin you.. help me get to her just on time!' Screaming Rhian inside her head.
She was driving her ass off. She had already reached her speed limit but she couldn't care less. The only thing she knew... she had to get to Century City Mall so to chase after the "great love of her life" in there... It's actually like... it's now.. or never. Oh and yes, she wanted to get her back.. Hindi niya na kaya magkunwari pa sa sarili niya.
No one ever thought that this event would be a major turning point of her life.. of theirs...
"Geez." A red light. She checked her phone.. and quickly went to her twitter to send an update tweet. She read one fan's tweet.. and for a second, she felt reluctant if everything of this was actually worth her effort or not.. just because..... ugh. (⇀ ↼ )

WTF. Momentum lost big time. She replied.

Pinanghinaan na siya bigla ng loob. (╥_╥) She's now going for a U-turn across the intersection.... ito na ba sign ni universe?
But the other side of her brain spoke up.
'No, it's either you make it or you break it. You can't just give up like that, Rhi! Mahal mo pa siya, diba?! Then why quit?! You should go get her! Get her back!!'
"What was I even thinking?! Of course, I should get her! Okay. You hear me universe?! I'm gonna get my girl and no one can stop me now!"
So she stepped on the gas even harder. Yes, she's furiously on fire tonight! Her car's flying over the skyway! ❤ That's what love can do, right? =)
A few seconds later.. Her phone rang. Someone's calling her. She found out it was her bestie, Bianca.
"Yes, best?" Rhian answered.
