Chapter 25: I'm so tired..!

Chapter 25 I'm so tired...!

         Jiyeon and Taehee arrived at Haneda Airport an hour after their E.T.A. Jiyeon was so tired that she didn't even continue with her 'spoiled brat' act. Mr. Sano was there to welcome them. "Madam Lee - I'm sorry that you had to go through a commercial flight - I couldn't get the jet for you because Master Lee might get suspicious" he said respectfully. Taehee just laughed her tiredness away. "Of course Mr. Sano - I'm sorry to put you on the spot - but I'm thankful for your help!" she said amused. 

          Mr. Sano looked at his employers; Madam Lee was refreshingly pretty and only a wrinkled skirt was the sign that she suffered an inconvenience. Meanwhile, young mistress Jiyeon looked like a bedraggled voodoo doll. Her long black hair was all messed up and the guitar on her back didn't help.

         Mr. Sano cleared his throat and addressed Jiyeon. "Good evening Miss Jiyeon" he said. "Good evening Mr. Sano - can we go now? I'm really tired" she replied. He nodded once and took their bags. He then opened the door to a black Cadillac and let Madam Lee in first. He made way for Jiyeon to sit beside her but she just deposited her guitar; opened the passenger seat and slumped tiredly there.

         He went around to sit on the driver's seat and drove them straight to the Ritz-Carlton. When they arrived, the bellhop was ready, so he opened the car door and got Miss Jiyeon's guitar. Mr. Sano quickly got it from him because Miss Jiyeon was really sensitive about anybody else touching her guitar. The valet waited awhile since Madam Lee was still in the car to wake Jiyeon up.

           Jiyeon woke up and shot a sharp look at Mr. Sano holding her guitar but her look softened when she recognized him. "I'm sorry Mr. Sano - I hope you'll find me in a better mood tomorrow" she apologized as she got out of the car ahead of her mom.

          Taehee and Jiyeon waited in the hotel lobby while Mr. Sano took care of their accommodations. They sat on plush couches - across from each other. Jiyeon yawned carelessly which caused Taehee to sigh in disapproval. She was so sleepy so she leaned back and rested her head. 

            Jungkook's smiling face suddenly appeared in her mind and she recalled how he bravely took care of her. She felt warm inside and wished she didn't leave without saying goodbye - or at least tell him where she was going. She was still thinking about him when an unmistakable voice pulled her roughly back to reality. 

         "Honey? Jiyeon - what are you doing here?" She opened her eyes and looked behind her, sure enough her Dad was standing there.
