Events

Opening the passenger I jump in the seat turning to face Joe, in the parked car.  Today we were ticking off giving blood as well as camping on a beach. Two of my bucket list goals at one time, brilliant. We turned up the radio and started to jam along, when Joe placed his hands upon the button which controlled the volume and twisted it away from himself, minimising the amplification the music had been making.
"I was just wondering.." Joe looks across at me.
"Yes?" I encourage him to continue.
"Was it just me you watched or?"
"Nope all the main ones who link together, so mainly British and a few Americans"
"Link?" He says knitting his eyebrows together.
"Yeah, for example I watch you, Zoella is your sister, she's dating Alfie, Marcus and Alfie have done videos together for years! You get the point, so no not just you! Why?"

"Well basically there's a YouTube event coming up, it's just a party really and everyone is going with someone basically, Tanya and Jim extra, couples like that! Then there's a few going as a group of friends example Louise, Dan and Phil, all the YouTubers"

"Right" I say allowing him to know I was still listening.
"I was going to go with Oli and Caspar so i could chat to them all night so I didn't end up on my own however Caspar's going to see his mum in South Africa and Oli seeing his family as Jame's missed him!"
"It's understandable" I reason.
"I know but I don't want to be alone! So I was wondering would you come with me?"
Firstly my mind thought hell yeah I would meet all the people I loved! Secondly I thought I wouldn't fit in, the lastly I thought I had never even been to a party before.
"Are you sure, wouldn't I stand out as I'm not a YouTuber?" I ask.
"Noo everyone just has a good time! And I really wanted Zoe and that to meet you!" Joe says positively.
"Meet me why?" I question.
"Your fun! And I haven't met any one like you before!! Put it this way you have brought up my YouTube more times then I could count but with you it's not oh your a celebrity and you get paid I love you so much. You just bring it up so sweetly just to say you enjoy it and that's why I do it to make people smile plus I think they're going to love you!"
"Well thanks yeah ok sounds good!"
"I should be thanking you pleasures all mine it's not for a while yet though so don't worry."
"Wait how long" I jump up.
"Few weeks you won't be waiting a year calm down" he jokes. All I felt was relief as I didn't have half a year never mind a whole one.
