The holiday

I rested my head on Joe's shoulder as the plane tuck off, I was trying to stay calm but it was difficult I didn't really like flying. I had never been on a plane till Joe and I went to Italy and now I hated even more after the extreme amount of stomach turning turbulence I thought there was a problem with the plane.
"Relax were nearly there" Joe said. He was going to sleep but kindly stayed up the whole night trying to soothe my nerves.

"I'm just so"
"Nervous I know, you have got a lot on your plate Jane, but I really want you to enjoy this holiday you deserve it, and I want to try to make it the best birthday ever I know it's easier said then done but-"
I cut him off by giving him a peck on the lips.
"Thank you" I say then snuggling back into his chest.

Landing in LA was great, the airport was calm which helped me a lot after me hating the plane. It was lunchtime with the time difference so Joe and I got some food.
"So we're here for a week and the first 5 days were staying with a buddy of mine you probably know him it's Connor Franta so don't worry"
"Omg trust me I won't"

When we got to Connors it was how I imagined very tumblr like, he was so ecstatic and energetic alike to his videos. It was great meeting him.

"Make yourself at home also I'm off to a meeting today so the place is yours!" Then we heard the door shut.

"Hey princess?" Joe asks, whilst I was unpacking some of my stuff.

"Princess?" I ask he had never called me that before.

"Yeah, cuz your like my princess and special to me just trying it out you know to find a nickname as Jane is a short name so you can't shorten it so ... Not that that's bad or anything as it's gorgeous but-" he rambles profusely.
I cut him off by giving him a quick kiss on the lips, "I like it, a lot" I smile.
"So what were you gonna say?" I ask continuing the conversation.
"Do you want to film a video with me?"
"Errmm I don't really think that's a good idea with being in the press and stuff I don't think hate an all will be good in my weeks and stuff"
"Well it's a specific video I was thinking of"
"What you thinking" I say taking a sip of a glass of water I had just got.
"The girlfriend tag?"
"WHAT ARE YOU MAD?!" I scream after nearly choking on my water.
"Just here me out" he grabs both my hands caressing my fingers, pulling me to sit down next to him on the couch.
"Look... I understand it's big especially for you as you know it's your illness and I know you will want to explain if when telling others were dating, telling my viewers is like telling a population of at least one country ... Basically it's a lot of people but I just would love to be able to hold your hand in public and not worry about a viewer seeing it. I want to be able to vlog us together so I can look back on it"
"Ok" I say.
"Ok?"
"Yeah let's do it, what the heck might as well"
Joe began smirking and then he rushed to grab his camera.
He started off by saying,
"Right guys after much speculation I can reveal its true Jane and I are dating but I want to tell you something, or more so Jane."

"I was a fan of Joe and met him, we became friends unfortunately I knew I had cancer when I met him and as we got closer I knew I would have to tell him, when I did he didn't think it should effect our feelings for one another so please don't hate me for either being with Joe or because I'm going to upset him when I die, I want these last months to be my happiest thanks for you support"

Then we ended the video, it wasn't really a girlfriend tag as such but at least we didn't have to worry as much. I was nervous, I had put myself out there telling everyone about what I was faced with but I don't regret it not one bit.
