I put my hood up and hang my head down, pretending I didn't hear them.
She jumped in front of me.
"Where do you think you're going" she laughed.
I ignored her and went to walk around her when 2 others came around from behind and blocked my way.
"Look at her, she's pathetic" one of them sniggered and spat at my shoes.
I could see cassibury park behind them and planned my next move. Ashleigh went to grab my hoodie, so I stamped on her foot as hard as I could, the others went to help her and pushed past them and ran as fast as I could to the park.
"Stop her, don't let her get away!" Ashleigh ordered the other girls as they chased me. I was just across the road when one of them grabbed my wrist. Her nails dug into my skin. Ashleigh stormed over to me, revealing something sharp in her pocket. A knife.
"If you ever try and do something like that again I swear I will fucking kill you." She snarled, holding the knife against me.
"Lauren!" Josh called from behind me.
Whilst the others were distracted I took my chance, turned, and ran.
Ran across the road without looking. Without seeing the speeding car coming towards me. Then I heard a scream then people shouting my name. I saw Ashleigh and the girls run then Josh by my side telling me everything would be ok.
Then I saw black and became unconscious.
