A Tough Fighter.
It has to be the most awkward ride for the three brothers. Purnit who has been driving the car keeps his eyes focused on the road understanding the tension in the atmosphere. Leo keeps checking his phone for any updates from Vivek. Daivik keeps looking at Vulcan, who is sitting in the passenger seat. Eyes bloodshot..vacant, expression blank, the only movements are his slighlyy trembling fingers and his rapid breathing. He looked like a man who has witnessed the worst kind of incidents happening right infront of his eyes, a man who once had a lot but lost way more.
Ritwik sat beside Daivik, his body as cold as a statue, his eyes as lost and hopeless as a man at the verge of death.
"We are here." Purnit utters unlocking and opening the door. Daivik observes how Ritwik visibly flinches but immediately gets out of the car. They all come out of the car except for one.
"Manik! We have reached." Daivik calls out but he doesn't move, not even an inch. Daivik's eyes softened and beside him Ritwik takes a deep breath before slowly walking towards him. Vulcan. Still sitting inside the car, trapped in a trance. The sorrow in his eyes is so loud that he doesn't truly need to utter one word to explain himself. Ritwik hesitates for a second before carefully taking off his hoodie, bunching it up and placing that carefully on his shoulder.
Before he could process what's happening Vulcan's fist lands on his jaw. And he takes it gracefully, as if he was already prepared.
"Okay. That hurt." He whispers back rubbing his jaw. The source of it however looked like he could kill himself out of this newly added guilt.
"I.." Vulcan closes his eyes regretfully.
"I know. I know you didn't do this intentionally." Ritwik gives him a sad smile. Vulcan only gives a nod.
"Sorry for the delay. Let's move." He utters and starts walking towards the flat, her flat.

"Aadhya, you said Dashis never came here before. Do you know why?" Pihu asks the girl. She has understood one thing clearly, Aadhya knows more than she shows, she might have a happening personality but she is smart and observant. She caught her observing her and trying to be subtle but that's where she fooled herself. Pihu is better at it but Aadhya doesn't need to know that yet.
She observes how Aadhya furrows her beautifully curved eyebrows, as if contemplating something inside her mind. Calculating.
"I.. I don't truly know why. Perhaps because he was busy." She answers placing the night suit at the foot of the huge bed. The room she has been given is huge, filled up with unnecessary furnitures, a walk in closet that has very limited clothes, as if the plan of taking her here has been made hastily.
"More clothes will arrive tomorrow." Aadhya offers, obviously observing her investigating the closet.
"What size are these clothes?" Pihu asks, curious.
"My size ma'am." Aadhya responds.
"That's what I thought. Then they might be a little tight for me. It's okay, I'll manage for tonight." She answers.
Aadhya smiles.
"Okay, then. Although it's just about an hour or so before sunrise, I hope you get to have a good rest. If you need anything, my room is downstairs ma'am." With that said, Aadhya leaves after Pihu nods politely.
She takes the light blue night suit that seems two size smaller than what she wears and walks towards the attached washroom but not before uttering,
"Rest is the last thing I need tonight Aadhya."
