Even though there were discussions about the fate of the world, it was a relatively peaceful era when compared to schemers like Kenjaku and Uraume and the existence of Ryomen Sukuna's fingers.
There simply hasn't been a need for sorcerers to become unrivaled. Like every previous era, the sorcerers would come and go, with only a few being known for their deeds throughout history.
Satoru Gojo is one such person. Even though he didn't become the strongest, he still solidified himself among those who could flip the entire world on its head. No matter what would happen while he was alive, the balance of the world shifted with his birth.
It was only a matter of time before he becomes the strongest.
That is what everyone thought when they saw the Gojo clan member as a child. Born with the Six Eyes and the [Limitless], he was gifted with arguably the strongest technique in existence.
He was isolated for his gifts and became the monster that nobody else could be...at least that was what he originally believed before he found someone who could catch up to him and surpass all of the talk about him being alone for the rest of his life.
Now, he held but a fraction of the strength he carried when he stood among other monsters.
After Utahime died and some of his students passed, there was no real reason for him to extend his life. He wasn't afraid of death, but the thought of it pissed him off. Satoru Gojo's era passed, so what motivation did he have left?
Walking through the courtyard of the hospital, Gojo sighed with his hands in his pockets. 'I suppose I just hate the thought of dyin connected to tubes instead of fighting someone strong.'
Despite staying in a hospital bed, he could easily move his body by using the Limitless. In reality, he didn't even need to stay in a hospital. He just did it so he could have attendants who would bring him things, using the excuse that he was too old.
After all, nobody needed a Satoru Gojo anymore.
He could try fighting Naohiro again, but that wouldn't satisfy Gojo. If he wanted to fight with everything he had, he wanted the same from an opponent. Naohiro would have to hold back his adaptations to the Limitless technique if he wanted it to be 'fair'.
Gojo suddenly stopped moving as his attention shifted back upward, not because he was lost in thought, but because someone stood in his path.
A deep voice rang out. "Are you Satoru Gojo?" The owner of that voice had strange horns on his head and radiated a strong aura and an immense amount of cursed energy.
Gojo had already sensed him approaching with the Six Eyes, but he simply didn't care.
Taking his right hand out of his pocket, he used his pinky to clear out his ear. "Nah, you got the wrong guy. Satoru Gojo is on the third floor, second room." After those words, he simply walked around Dabura and was lost in thought again. 'All this thinkin got me hungry.'
Those words caused Dabura to freeze. "Oh." A sweatdrop went down the side of his head. 'Didn't they say he was tall and had white-grey hair and black glasses!?' Shaking his head, he floated up toward the third floor to find Satoru Gojo.
Gojo turned around and saw Dabura float away. "That worked?" Shrugging, he kept walking. "I guess he's kinda strong." The presence that Dabura radiated demanded some praise, but it still didn't match some of the monsters he fought alongside and against.
Dabura has some of the greatest potential in Jujutsu, but he has yet to realize it because he has faced no opponent that could match him. The current Dabura could only be described as a stats-merchant.
