Chapter 44

"They look so adorable!" I giggled.

Niall had just dressed our 1 day old twins. They looked so cute. Ciar was wearing a pink and green onesie that said 'Daddy's Little Leprechaun,' while Cian was wearing a blue and green onesie that said 'Kiss Me, I'm Irish.'

"They sure do! Ready to go?" Niall asked.

I nodded in response. The nurse pushed me in my wheel chair as I carried Cian in my arms. Niall carrying Ciar right beside me.

We finally entered outside the doors. Niall had the valet bring our car so that we can leave.

"Congratulations," the nurse said as she entered back inside the hospital building.

Niall went to go buckle Ciar into her car seat. I got up from my wheel chair and went to go do the same thing with Cian.

Maura was going to meet us back at our mansion with Hope. I really wanted Hope to be here for this moment. But at one point she did get tired and hungry so Maura offered to take her home and get her something to eat.

"Look how cute they are, Niall. They look so peacefully while sleeping," I cooed.

"They are so small and gentle," Niall gently soothed Ciar's cheek.

I decided to go in the middle, right in between the two baby car seats.

As Niall began to drive, he went super slow.

"Uhm....Niall. Are we going to get there in 10 minutes or 10 years?" I asked.

"Babe, I just don't want to hurt our new borns. I'm trying to go as fast as I can," Niall answered.

"Niiiaaaallll!" I whined.

"Fine......," Niall rolled his eyes jokingly.

Niall went at normal speed. As we made our drive home, I kept playing with the baby's fingers and booties. They were just so tiny and adorable.

When I saw that we had finally pulled into our driveway my heart raced. We are finally here. We are finally about to start raising three kids.

"We're here," Niall smiled.

"I'm so nervous," I gulped.

"How come sweetheart?"

"This is it.....once we walk through tht door, it's official....we're going to be raising three kids."

"Darling it's okay. Everything is perfect. This is such a blessing. I love you. Once we enter that door, it's a step further into our future together."

I gave Niall a peck on the lips. I grabbed the diaper bag, as Niall carried a car seat in each hand with the twins.

I let out a sigh. I opened the door into our mansion. Our house was neat, clean, and tighty just as we had left it.

I walked in, Niall right behind me.

"Welcome home," I cooed.

"This is where you guys are going to grow up," Niall said.

I then heard little footsteps running from the living room and into the hallway.

"Mummy! Daddy! Brother! Sister!" Hope said.

I slouched down as she jumped into my arms to hug me.

"Hey there baby! How are you?" I asked.

"I miss mumma and daddy!" She said. 

"Well we are finally home," I hugged Hope with nothing but love.

"You guys are finally home!" I heard Maura walk in.
