Chapter 27

I was getting ready for Marie's homecoming today at Luke's house. I couldn't stop thinking about the party last night. I wonder if Luke told Marie about....what we did? She was one of my favorite supermodels and wouldn't ever want her to hate me in any way. I feel so bad.

I decided to wear a vintage denim dress with a contrast mesh skirt and my beige 6 inch heels. For my hair I didn't really want to go all out so I decided to put it in a fish tail on the side so it rested on my right shoulder with my bangs lose on either side of my face.

Me and Niall were finally on our way to Luke's flat. It was completely silent until Niall began to speak.

"NeeNee, are you sure it's a good idea to go to Marie's homecoming that Luke put together today?" Niall asked.

"For the hundredth time Niall, I'm sure. I promise nothing will happen," I sighed.

"Does Marie know what happened?"

I bit my lip and looked out the car window.

"I don't think she does," I whispered.

Niall sighed in anger. "If I see anything going on again between the two of you then I swear to god-"

I cut him off. "Or you'll what, Niall!?" I gazed at him.

He kept his eyes on the road and grabbed my hand and kissed it.

"Nothing," he whispered calmly.

I was really annoyed that Niall wouldn't stop about the whole incident with Luke. We weren't even together during that time. But at the same time I understood why he didn't like this idea.

We finally made it to Luke's flat and Marie opened the door.

"Oh my gosh! Is it actually you? I can't believe it! I'm finally meeting the most famous, NeeNee G," she said as she pulled me into a hug.

"Hi! It's so nice to meet you Marie! I've heard so much about you!" I smiled.

She smirked at me and laughed. "And you must be Mr. Niall Horan! I am a huge fan of One Direction!" Marie shook Niall's hand.

"Thank you! It's nice to meet you too, Marie. I'm a huge fan." Niall said.

"Aw! Thanks! Oh my goodness! Where are my manors? Come in, come, come!" She directed us inside.

As soon as we entered everyone said hello to us and greeted us. I couldn't find Luke though. I just didn't say anything because I wanted to prove to Niall that everything me and Luke had was over.

Me and Niall were chatting Michael while having a few beers.

"So when are you getting a new girlfriend Michael?" Niall asked, taking a sip from his beer.

"I'm not sure at the moment. I guess I'm just trying to find the perfect girl, one that won't cheat on me like the other last girl did," he pouted.

"Aw, Mikey, it's okay. I know for sure you'll find the right girl for you one day. The time will come when you least expect it." I patted him on the shoulder.

"You have millions of girls who love with you, Michael and one that's in love with you. She's out there, somewhere, waiting for you," Niall said.

"Thanks, guys," Michael smiled.

After having a few laughs, I decided to go get another beer and go get some fresh air in the back yard.

I was sitting down by the calm pool. I was looking up into the sky and looked at the stars. I was letting the cool breeze relax me until I heard someone sit next to me and patted my shoulder.
