Chapter: 40
"It's after tomorrow!" I squealed, jumping on my bed.

"What do you think we should get him?" Destiny asked.

I shrugged, "I don't know! But we have to make him a kick ass birthday party!"

"Hey," Austin called. "Does he know anything about your feelings towards him?"

I tsked, and Destiny gave him a disapproving look. "Did you really have to bring that up?"

"I was just asking!" He rolled his eyes.

"To answer that, no! And he won't know any time soon!" I laid on my bed.

"But eventually, he will!" Destiny said, looking back at the magazine.

"It's not necessary! Because as long as he stays in a relationship with Naomi, he won't even notice me," I replied.

They looked at each other, and then at me, but said nothing.

"So, what should we get him?" Destiny asked.

"How about a skateboard?" Austin suggested.

I shook my head, "Adrian had a skateboard, and I once stole it, and tried it with Dylan... It didn't end well!"

Destiny chuckled, "what about a video game? Or a PS?"

I shook my head, "no, he has everything."

"What about a pet?" Austin suggested.

"He's allergic to anything with fur, plus if he sees a piece of dirt anywhere, he would freak out."

"What about food?" Destiny asked.

I shook my head, "he is the only one that cooks in this group, he is the best chef! The only thing he likes from me, is PB&J."

"Then we will do that!" Austin exclaimed. "A party filled with PB&J."

"But we can't just do it like other people!" I said.

"What do you mean?" They asked.

"You have to put on the first peace of bread peanut butter on a side, and jelly on the other. Then at the second peace of bread, you have to put only jelly, because he doesn't like a lot of peanut butter, only to add flavor into the sandwich."

They looked at each other with shock in their eyes, "no sandwiches."

"How come we don't know that?" Destiny questioned.

I shrugged, "I just know these stuff."

Austin grinned, looking at Destiny, and winking at her.

I gasped, "Austin!" I warned.

He chuckled, "I didn't say anything!"

"But I can read your mind!" I glared at him.

He laughed, getting back to playing Xbox, "where is he, anyway?"

"On a stupid date with Naomi," I grumbled.

"Don't worry, sooner or later he will realize that you're the one!" Destiny said.

"We were talking about getting a gift for him on his birthday, so how the hell did we get to this?" I glared at her.

She giggled, rolling her eyes.

All of a sudden, an idea popped in my mind, sending a grin to my face. "Guys!" I called, "I know the perfect gift for him!"

_

"I don't know what to get him," she whined, hitting her head on the table.

"Get him something related to his hobbies!" I shrugged, tracing lines on my Starbucks coffee.
