Chapter 19 Spark

          

Last night was a blast!

Still, hindi pa rin ako maka recover! After ng dinner, we talked with mom for a while and then they went home. Syempre si Edward din. I said I'm going to stay here with mom. Sya na muna'ng bahala sa unit ko.

"Oh, well.. Call me Tita, we had our small talk sa café. Already checked you and you're a good man. Georgina, baby, do you really love this man?"

I frozed that time. Nahiya ako bigla, tho I love him.. I love him already??

"Yes. Yes mommy. I did."

Imagine their reactions.

Okay. Moving on.

Then I saw Edward's gaze. He lip sync I love you.

I smiled. A genuine one.

"Waaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!" Still in my bed, I rolled up! I throw my pillows and, and, and.. I'm about to explode!! Kinikilig ba ko?! I admit! Ngayon lang ako kinilig ng ganito! Ugh!

Then my phone beeps. Revealing his name and a sms saying,
Goodmorning George. Don't forget to eat your breakfast. I have a surprise for you. Bangon na, batugan ka talaga.

Curves in my face say it all! Pano naman nya ako masusurprise ng ganitong kaaga, he's too far away from here.
Pero agad akong bumangon at pinuntahan si mommy na nasa kitchen.

"Goodmorning Mum. Where's yaya desi, why she's not here?"

"Goodmorning beautiful. Ang ganda naman ng aura mo ngayon, 'nak!" She said without looking back at me.

"Wow, ganon na ba kalakas ang radar mo" I get an apron and help her to cook.

"Wala ang yaya mo, pinag leave ko."

"But, why? Diba dati ayaw mo'ng umaalis si yaya?" Napatingin naman sya sakin nang may kunot sa noo. "Really?" She said.

Hinila ko sya para maupo. "Mum, are you okay?" I held her hands.

"Yes, anak. Mukha ba'ng hindi?"

"Parang may mali kasi sayo. Kagabi, pinalitan mo yung mga security sa labas tapos ngayon pinag leave mo si yaya which is new to me. Mom hindi ka naman ganyan dati." I started to panic, but hindi pwedeng makita ni mom yun. Be calm..

"Hindi ko alam, anak. Hindi ko alam kung anong nangyayari sakin, kung minsan nga after I did something, nagugulat nalang ako at bakit ko ginawa yun, na hindi ko naman talagang dapat gawin, I'm sorry anak, tumatanda na talaga ako." I feel she frowned after saying that.

"Mom, it's okay. Gusto mo ba'ng magpa check up tayo?"

But before she reply, one of the maids entered the kitchen."Madame, can you go with me outside?"

"Me? Why?" I asked. "Wait here Mom, continue your sinigang."

"Ano'ng mayroon, Shila?" Mom asked.

"Just wait here." Then I shut the door.

"Ano ba 'yun, Ate Shila?" I asked.

"Basta po." Then she smiled. Pabitin din 'to e napa kunot lang ang noo ko at binilisan ang paglakad. Importanteng makabalik agad ako sa Mommy right after this. Ang laki naman kasi ng mansion, before I can reach the foyer tanghali na! Pero syempre, dahil excited ako patakbo ko nang pinunta yun. Magkahalong takot, kaba at excitement ang nararamdaman ko. It's too morning for a delivery or message or what, basta, kinakabahan talaga ako.

Then finally I reached the gate of the Mansion. I saw a man carrying these things..

"Bouquet of flowers?? In this morning? From whom?" I can't help myself, I am shocked upon receiving those beautiful things after a mixed emotion and an unwell feeling. Super-duper bouquet ata 'to, sobrang laki! Flowers do not fail me to give a relief.
