Namjoon's POV

For a moment, I just looked at her hand in mine, feeling the cool night air move around us. The city below glowed softly, distant and quiet, while above us the sky stretched endlessly, like it was waiting for us to become something else for a little while.

I thought for a few seconds before speaking.

"What if..." I started quietly, my eyes still on the stars. "What if we become two strangers who met on a beach somewhere?"

She looked at me, listening carefully.

I let out a faint breath and continued, "No names. No past. No responsibilities. Just... two strangers sitting beside each other, talking about whatever's living inside their heads without thinking too much about it."

The words sounded strange out loud, but also freeing. Like stepping outside my own life for a moment. Y/N looked at me for a second before a small smile appeared on her lips.

"Let's do that," she said softly.

Y/N's POV

I smiled faintly and walked toward the small seating area at the side of the rooftop. The chair felt cold beneath me as I sat down, tilting my head back to look at the sky. The stars above Vienna looked quieter somehow — softer than the ones back home. For a few moments, neither of us spoke.

I could feel Namjoon looking at me, probably wondering how this strange little universe of ours was supposed to work. Without looking at him, I asked softly, "Are you here for the first time?"

There was a brief silence and then I felt it — the moment he understood. We weren't Namjoon and Y/N right now. We were just two strangers on a beach somewhere far away from reality.

"Yeah," he answered gently. "It's my first time being here."

I finally turned my head toward him slightly. "What about you?" he asked.

A tiny smile touched my lips.

"I'm kind of a regular here."

He nodded slowly, like he understood exactly what I meant even without explanations.

I looked toward the empty chair beside me and motioned lightly with my hand. "You can sit too... if you want."

For a second, he just stood there with the night wind brushing through his hair, his expression softer than before. Then quietly, without saying much, he walked over and sat in the chair next to mine.

Namjoon's POV

For a while, we just sat there quietly, side by side beneath the wide Vienna sky. The wind moved softly around us, cold enough to sting a little, but not enough to make either of us leave. I glanced at her.

"So..." I said quietly, leaning back slightly in the chair. "Why are you a regular here?"

She turned her head toward me for a second, like she hadn't expected the question.

I continued softly, "What's the thing that keeps bringing you back?"

Y/N looked at me for a moment before her eyes drifted upward again, toward the stars above us. The city lights reflected faintly in her eyes.

"This place feels safe to me," she said gently.

Something about the way she said it made my chest tighten a little. I stayed silent for a second before asking carefully, "And what is it that makes you feel unsafe enough to come back here?"
