Other side of the story

After Namjoon left the flat, Y/N took her diary from the bedside table and started writing. Her thoughts poured onto the pages, a mix of reflections on the day, feeling a little light today, and a hopeful note about the future. The words flowed easily, a cathartic release.

In days of unrest, a peaceful dawn breaks,
Today, a bit of calm, a gentle ache.
Surrounded by warmth from those I hold dear,
Hannie, my solace, my heartbeat clear.

Namjoon, the night owl,
a quiet guide, In his nest,
I find solace, nowhere to hide.
Though trust may waver, doubts may reign,
Weeks pass by, and daylight brings no pain.

Finally, I rest in the daytime's embrace,
No more waking in the mid, no trace.
Contentment fills me, happiness blooms,
In the night owl's nest, my soul finds room.

When she finally closed the diary, she glanced at the clock and saw it was already 9:30 PM.

Y/N picked up her phone, checking for any messages or calls from Hannie. There were none. She sighed softly, knowing he was likely still at practice. Determined to make the evening pleasant, she decided to prepare dinner for both of them. Since she already knew Hannie would come to her place to sleep, she decided to cook dinner for both of them.

She headed to the kitchen, tying her hair back and turning on some music. The rhythmic beats and familiar tunes filled the space as she gathered the ingredients for stews and chicken—Hannie's favorite food. The chopping, stirring, and seasoning became a soothing ritual, and she lost track of time as she immersed herself in the cooking. While cooking, her thoughts unknowingly drifted to the day spent with Joon, the way he was sleeping kept coming to her mind again and again. The aroma of the food filled the air, making the apartment feel warm and inviting.

Nearly two hours passed in a blur of activity. When she finally finished, Y/N smiled proudly at the spread on the table.

She wiped her hands on a towel and checked her phone again

She wiped her hands on a towel and checked her phone again. It was 11:30 PM, and still, there were no calls or messages from Hannie.

Deciding to freshen up while she waited, Y/N headed to the bathroom for a bath. The warm water and fragrant bubbles helped her relax. She leaned back, letting the stress of the day melt away, feeling rejuvenated. After a while, she stepped out, wrapping herself in a soft towel. As she dressed in comfortable clothes, she hoped that Hannie would arrive soon, eager to share the meal she had lovingly prepared. But unknowingly, she was also looking forward to going to the garden with Joon late at night.

Geum Hi's POV:
How can he ignore me like this, as if I'm not even here? Are you so hurt by me? But how can you be so hurt when you're the one who... let it be. anyways i will see , how many days you gonna ignore me

Hannie packs his bag, addressing the group as they prepare to leave the practice studio.
