P.O.V: Madame de Pompadour
"Doctor!" I called. He should be here, I was 37 years old! Five years had passed, just like Rose had said!
"We must go! No one is coming to help us!" Louis exclaimed, and just after three droids entered the room.
"You are complete. You will come."

"You found it then?" I asked the Doctor when I arrived.
"They knew I was coming, they blocked it off." He said grimly.

"Where are we going?" I asked, fear rising all through me. Where was the Doctor? The droids were hauling Louis and I through the castle, possibly to the tapestry, I didn't know.
"The teleport has limited range. We must have proximity to the time portal." It said.
"Your words mean nothing! You are nothing!" I cried.

There was a screen on the large bulkhead of the ship, and the ballroom was visible. There, droids were keeping everyone in the room, and I didn't see Reinette there yet.
"I don't get it. How come they got in there?" Rose asked.
"They teleported. You saw them. As long as the ship and ballroom are linked, their short range teleports will do the trick." There was only one way to do this, but I didn't want to announce it just yet.
"Well, we'll go in the Tardis!" Rose exclaimed hopefully.
"We can't use the Tardis, we're part of events now." I only wished that there was another way.
"Well, can't we just smash through?" Mickey suggested, typical, typical Mickey.
"Hyperplex this side, plate glass the other. We need a truck." I said grimly. There really was no other way to save Reinette.
"We don't have a truck." Mickey said daftly.
"I know we don't have a truck!" I shouted.
"Well, we've got to try something." Rose said.
"No." Finally I was going to say it. "Smash the glass smash the time window. There'd be no way back."

"Could everyone just calm down! Please!" I shouted to everyone screaming in the ballroom. The people slowly calmed down and became quiet, and the droids stood still, blades out and ready,
"Such a commotion. Such distressing noise. Kindly remember that this is Versailles. This is the Royal Court, and we are French. I have made a decision. And my decision is no, I shall not be going with you today. I have seen your world, and I have no desire step foot there again." I proudly stated, looking at the droids with challenging eyes.
"We do not require your feet." With those words, two droids dressed in female attire pushed my down to my knees. But I knew the Doctor would come. I knew he'd be there to help.
"You think I fear you. But I do not fear you even now. You are merely the nightmare of my childhood. If if my nightmare can return to plague me then rest assured, so will yours."
