#1 being the best and my favorite
Doctors:
#4: 11th Doctor (Matt Smith)
#3: 10th Doctor (David Tennant)
#2: 12th Doctor (Peter Capaldi)
#1: 9th Doctor (Christopher Eccleston)
The 9th Doctor is my absolute favorite, with the 12th Doctor close behind at 2nd favorite. 10 is my third favorite, and coming at last is the 11th Doctor.
Companions:
#9: River Song ( Alex Kingston)
#8: Mickey Smith (Noel Clarke)
#7: Martha Jones (Freema Agyeman)
#6: Jack Harkness (John Barrowman)
#5: Rose Tyler (Billie Piper)
#4: Donna Noble (Catherine Tate)
#3: Amy Pond (Karen Gillan)
#2: Rory Williams (Arthur Darvill)
#1: Clara Oswald (Jenna Coleman)
Clara is my absolute favorite, with Rory close behind at 2nd favorite. Coming at last is (I really don't like this one at all to be honest) River Song.

I like the 11th Doctor, I really do, but definitely not as much as I love the other three. I really really really dislike River Song though. I don't like her one bit and she definitely comes at dead last.
