For this list, I couldn't find many theories, I only got ten. So I've decided to just use those ten theories and put them in my personal order. These theories were from the website "whatculture."

10: Rory died the year he became a nurse

Reasoning: This theory is 100% false, that's a fact. This theory claims that Rory died in 1990, the year he became a nurse. The theory also says that it is a possibility that young Rory treated older Rory. We know this is false because Rory could not have been old enough to be a nurse at that time.

9: River Song is represented through music

Reasoning: This theory didn't make a lot of sense to me, but apparently River Song was conveyed through music in Series 7, because in the Name of the Doctor she was trailing after him, following him. The theory states that River could've been following him throughout the whole of Series 7, and was conveyed through the soundtrack.

8: The Doctor shares secrets with us

Reasoning: In the episode "School Reunion," the Doctor tells the students, "Physics. Physics physics physics physics physics physics. I hope you're getting this down." Some fans took it a different way. instead of just for humorous reasons, they believed the Doctor was supposed to be telling us secret information about x y and z. Our human ears just can't understand what he's saying in Gallifreyan? I'm not really sure how this became a thing, but that's what some people think.

7: The Lux Corporation, Sardicktown, and Sweetville are all connected

Reasoning: This theory is interesting. It claims that all three have a character named Abigail (not the same one of course), all share the idea of preserving people, and they all could or want utter control. This theory could be, but probably isn't what it seems. Abigial could just be a coincidence, and the idea of preserving people could just be an interesting idea the writers enjoy.

6: Angie is Queen Nefertiti

Reasoning: This one is most likely false, but this is the reasoning behind it. In "Nightmare in Silver," Angie said she wanted to be Queen of the Universe. Also, she is one of the many characters that met the Doctor as a child, and so it's a possibility she grew up to be Queen Nefertiti. I don't think this theory is true, but that's what some people believe.

5: Jack Harkness was beheaded by Headless Monks

Reasoning: To me, this one is interesting. Dorium was a 51st century man who knew time agents and used vortex manipulators, just as Jack was. Jack became a head, as was hinted at in Series 3, and the headless monks do stuff like that. How Jack could have been the Face of Boe is a little unknown or blurry, but we do know that Jack was supposed to be in "A Good Man Goes To War," but couldn't due to filming issues. :o

4: The Doctor's daughter Jenny is Madame Vastra's wife Jenny

Reasoning: I highly doubt this one, but the reasoning behind it is interesting. When Jenny survived the bullet because she was part Time Lord, many of us wondered when she would make her comeback. Since Madame Vastra's Jenny was introduced, fans began to wonder. If Jenny is part Time Lord then she could have regenerated into Madame Vastra's Jenny. The flaw in this is that Steven Moffat himself shut down the theory. :/

3: The Doctor's name is his timeline

Reasoning: This theory is kind of metaphorical, in a sense. Not very literal. It claims that the Doctor's name simply reveals too much of his past, and that's why he keeps it hidden. Gallifreyans write in circular, curly writing, they write in time basically. The words look like the workings of a watch. Basically, the theory is that the Doctor's name is his past, not just a name. Confusing huh?

2: Weeping Angels are Time Lords

Reasoning: In "End of Time," the Time Lord Rassilon declares that two Time Lords will "stand as monument to their shame, like the Weeping Angels of old." Also in that episode, the Time Lady we suspect is the Doctor's mother has her hands covered over face like a Weeping Angel. Overall, this may just be some overeager fans and some coinciding writing plots. But who knows?

1: The Master is the Doctor

Reasoning: I do not believe this theory is true. Or is there any possibility it could be true. This theory claims, as you may have guessed, that the Doctor is in fact a past version of the Master, them being the same man. What this theory believes is that after all those years of saving people, hunting things, the family----wait wrong show. Anyway after all those years he finally snaps and turns into the psychotic, murderous villain the Master is today. The biggest reason for me this cannot be true is how the Doctor numerous times confided that the Master and him were childhood friends. If the Master is him how could they be friends??

Hope you all enjoyed this Top Ten list! :) Doctor Who profiles edition five coming soon!
