Baking Together (Headcanons)

Prompt: baking together while they have a crush on you~

♡ Hinata Shoyo:

So shy but wants to do his best.  He keeps peeking at you, flustered by your close proximity and how this seems like something a couple will do.  Takes mental pictures of the scene, so he can remember this forever.  If you give him a task, he'll put 100% effort into it and will be so thrilled if the baking turns out great!

♡ Kageyama Tobio: 

He knows baking is all about precision, so he does well with measurements and difficult techniques.  He can get so focused on the process, that he may forget the whole point is to bake with you.  If you gently remind him, he realizes what situation he's in, he gets a bit bashful.  He'll notice how you occasionally bump into each other or stand close together.  

♡ Tsukishima Kei: 

Thinks of this experience as a golden opportunity.  For once, he's not making his snarky comments.  He wants to support you while showing you a different side of himself to make you fall for him.  He'll handle all the tasks he deems "dangerous" like manning the oven or chopping things up.  Tsukki is totally strategic about when he "subtly" rolls up his shirt sleeves to reveal his attractive forearms.  He smiles knowingly when he sees you peeking. 

♡ Yamaguchi Tadashi: 

Between the two of you, there's a lot of blushing.  Every time you both hold extended eye contact, he's looking away, a hand over his face to calm down.  If you praise him while baking, he folds instantly, sometimes kneeling beside the counter to cool off without having to look directly at you.  If you crouch beside him and feed him a sample to taste test, he evaporates on the spot. 

♡ Nishinoya Yuu:

He's a go-getter to his core, so he's instantly asking you to sub him in.  Firmly believes going the extra mile will impress you!  If your frosting turns out curdled, and you've used up all the ingredients, he simply pulls a bag out with a second set of ingredients.  "I'm ready for infinite batches of frosting, bring it on!"  Maintains his enthusiasm around you, which actually helps keep the morale high while baking. 

♡ Tanaka Ryuusoke: 

Wants to show you more of his true self, but this situation makes him really shy and flustered.  Poor guy can barely maintain eye contact with you, but once you plead for his help since things are not going well, he tries his best to jump in and make sense of things.  He reassures you but as soon as there's physical contact, he gets shy again.  Has an internal monologue playing in his head the entire time.  Definitely considers this a married activity, so he's imagining married life with you.  

♡ Sugawara Koshi: 

Reliable.  Suga comes prepared with extra ingredients, a positive attitude, and a lot of encouragement.  He understands baking isn't easy but is grateful to spend time with you, even if it's a teensy bit stressful.  Hypes you up and reassures you like there's no tomorrow.  Brushes stray flour off your face or hands if you get dirty while casting you a smile that's sure to give you butterflies. 

♡ Asahi Azumane: 

A little bit out of his element, but tries his best!  He's a little nervous around you but spends most of the time watching you.  He memorizes your little mannerisms and notes how you cope with setbacks, since he's faced so many setbacks of his own.  It's important to him to see how you manage challenges, so he can feel confident expressing his feelings for you one day.  Definitely gets carried away and daydreams about married life and your endless pastries.
