"The "Mickey investigation"?" Silver and Sebek said.

Ortho nodded, "Yeah! We're hoping we might get some really good data with you on board."

"We'd love to have your help." (Y/n) said.

Midoriya nodded wit a smile, "It's a way to help us find a way back home."

Silver nodded, "All right. We'll help however we can."

Sebek turned to him, "Hey, Silver! Don't agree so readily when we don't even know what we're agreeing to!" He then looked at them, "Who is this "Mickey," anyway?"

"He's this guy who shows up in the mirror in our room at night. He's got big black ears. He ain't in Twisted Wonderland, but we can meet him through the mirror, and in dreams." Grim explained.

"Yes, I...think I've met him in dreams as well." The silver haired male nodded.

"What are you talking about?! This is only making me more confused!" The other Diasomnia male said.

"Okay, here's the basic rundown..." Ace began, as they then got to explaining.

Sebek looked at the picture that was given to him of Mickey, "So this creature called Mickey appears in a Ramshackle Dorm mirror late at night, and he is of a world that isn't this one. You seek to identify the conditions under which Mickey appears. And you hope that by doing so, you'll identify a clue that could help return the three home?"

"Actually..." (Y/n) began, "I'm the one staying back. My brother and Midoriya are going back."

"What?!" Most of them said.

"Where will you stay?" Ortho questioned, before smiling, "You can stay with nii-san and I at the Island of Woe!"

The girl softly laughed, "I would be staying with Crewel-san. He already agreed to it."

"But what if you want to return?" Silver questioned.

She looked down then at them, "I really love it here. I may miss home, but I feel like I was called here for a reason."

Grim grinned, jumping into her arms, "Plus, wherever my henchman goes, I go!" He laughed.

Deuce smiled, then got back to the topic, "Yeah. So we-us and Epel and Jack, that is-have been taking turns spending the night at Ramshackle to investigate."

"Ah, okay. And that's what you're asking us to do." Silver nodded.

"Man, this guy seriously said "sign me up" without understanding any of that..." Ace sighed.

"Between us, we have a direbeast, three otherworlder, a humanoid, humans, and beastkin. We've been hoping to get help from someone fae." The technomantic boy looked at the Diasomnia upperclassman, "And of course, the biggest key figure here is you, Silver-san-the one who made contact with Mickey in your dreams!"

The said male looked at the picture, "Right. I'm...pretty sure I recognize those big black ears and red shorts in the photo. I have no connection to Mickey, so I don't know why I get drawn into that room in my dreams. But strange things tend to happen in dreams, don't they."

"Meet in a Dream is a spell that lets me enter others' dreams, especially those of people I'm connected to. The trouble is, I forget them when I wake up. So maybe I actually do wander into the dreams of total strangers, and I just don't know it."

"Hmph." Sebek crossed his arms, "That spell sounds like oneiric ravings to me, no matter how many times I hear it explained. Will he really be of use to your investigation? I strongly suspect he'll end up nodding off partway through."
