Chapter 25

Calum's P.O.V.
So today we've got another interview. Farrah is coming along so we can fully announce the baby news. We've got a bunch of announcements like our new tour, which we will be on for just over a year. Farrah will be staying in London with Sky.

We arrived at the studio. We went in through the back and we were brought into makeup. We all got ready to go out.
'I'm here today with 5 Seconds Of Summer' the interviewer said 'so Calum, you're now a dad?'
'Yeah, my amazing girlfriend had a beautiful baby girl Layla Sky Hood' I said
'How does it feel to be a dad?' She asked
'It's quite amazing, and since Layla is only a few days old she wakes up really early and I take the early shifts' I said
'We've got a photo of you and Layla asleep together' she said
She pulled up the picture of me and Layla that Farrah put on Twitter.
'Michael how does it feel to be the uncle to your best friends child?' She said
'Well if any of the other boys had a child with anyone I'd still feel like an uncle, they're like brothers to me.. Except Calum because that would be weird for me' Mikey laughed
'Luke, Ashton what do you guys think about the whole baby situation' she asked
'Well it was weird at first, because two of my best friends were having a child together. It was scary for them, both first time parents they don't know what to do' Luke said
'Yeah they are good parents and are getting used to everything, although Calum doesn't know how to changed a nappy so he need a little help with that' Ashton said 'but as Mikey said we're all a family and Layla is our little angel and she'll be calling us her uncles when she's older'
The interview went on for another thirty minutes before it was over. We went backstage and there were some fans and we took photos with them. They all went over to Farrah and asked for a picture with her and Layla.
We are all going out for food except Farrah. She's going to visit her mom with Layla.

Farrah's P.O.V.
After the interview I drove back to my moms house. I arrived at her house to see another car in the driveway. I unbuckled Layla and brought her in. I placed Layla in the high chair and looked out the back door. Mom was with a man with dark hair. He was about the same size as Mikey. I walked out the door and got a good look at his face.
'Hi Farrah' he said
'Dad what are you doing here' I said
'I came to see my granddaughter' he smiled
'No dad after what you did trying to force me to live with you when I first moved in with Mikey I don't want you near my child' I said
'You did what?' My mom said
'She's talking bullshit again' my dad said
'Dad you're an absolute disgrace. You try to force me to move in with you, made me cry in front of the guys' I said
'Get out' my mom said

My dad looked at us and then left.
'Mom the boys are going on tour again soon and I just want to know, would you let me move back in? At least until Layla is old enough to go on a plane' I smiled
'Of course'

*2 hours later*
'Thank you guys so much for helping me move back in' I smiled 'I'm grateful for all your help'
'No problem, we're gonna miss touring with you' Mikey smiled
We all said our goodbyes. Calum's was the worst. We just cried a lot and he kissed Layla.

They're gone for a year.. A very long year.
