Staying together in Bad weather

It was late that night, I was on my computer playing some random games and checking my Facebook and Twitter every now and then. It started thundering, I didn't think much of it, I love thunderstorms. I could hear the heavy rain on the window while I was signing out of my Facebook and Twitter. I took my shirt off and looked at the scar on my shoulder, it was very sore so I had to be careful. Lily came in my room, she looked pale as a ghost "Lily, are you alright?"

"Sorry, I just don't like bad weather" she walked in "Whenever it thunder storms I never get a chance to sleep plus, sometimes my real dad would make me go outside and stand there all night" she came over and sat on my bed, I got up and sat next to her "well, I'm here to protect and comfort you" I kissed her cheek. A/N Aww how fatherly! She hugged me and I hugged her back "Hey Lily, how did you tell Mark, ya know about the whole girlfriend thing?" I asked, I was curious to know "Oh, I kinda snuck into your room and took your phone"

I nodded, she held my hand while the thunder rumbled boom! Crack! The whole house shook. I looked at Lily "Do you want to go watch the weather channel?" She nodded, we both got up and headed to the living room. Lily sat down on the couch and turned on the weather channel. I sat down next to her, she held my hand again while the Weather channel was saying something about a severe thunderstorm. The apartment shook when it thundered and the TV went out "Crap" I said, I just left it alone, it was off anyways. Lily started shaking more, she held my hand tighter "Its okay Lily, I'm here" the thunder roared through the skies and then we heard a big crack! Which made the both of us jump. Lily hugged me and put my arm around her to make her feel safe.

It felt like forever but, the thunderstorm was finally over. I looked over to my side to see that Lily had fallen asleep, I picked her up bridal style and carried her to her room. Picking her up wasn't easy, due to my shoulder, but when I set her down I felt a shock of pain shoot up my arm. I tucked her in her bed and before I left her room, I gently kissed her forehead A/N again Fatherly! And adorable and left the room. Seeing as it was about 12:30 I went to my bedroom, to try and get some shut eye.

A/N if anyone is confused which you probably aren't, Mark already went back home in the story, that's why he is not in this chapter! Also what are your thoughts on Sean being Fatherly? Do you not like it OR do you think its ADORABLE? Also any Suggestions for the story??
