Forgive and Forget

Jack's Pov

Bang! It was like time just stopped, I could feel a slight pain in my side, I looked down and seen blood. My eye sight got blurry and I fell to the ground. I seen Emily run over to me "Sean!" She screamed, she was crying. I could hear Sammy and Casey crying. Emily put pressure on the bullet wound, which caused agonizing pain. Emily helped me up, I seen Lily just standing there with the gun still in her hand, there were tears streaming down her face, she stared at me.

Emily led me into the bathroom and helped me take off my shirt. She told me to stay there while she went to go check on Sammy and Casey. She came back 5 minutes later with her tools for work. She turned the bathtub water on.

My head, it hurts, I feel like I'm going to throw up. Emily got me into the bathtub, the water was warm, but it stung my wound. I could here Emily saying "Don't worry Sean, I'm going to get the bullet out, just stay still, try not to move too much" My breath had slowed down and I could feel my heart racing. The water in the bathtub was no longer a clear, or clean, it was red, and filled with blood. I felt a sudden burst of pain in my side, Emily was trying to pull the bullet out with some tweezers, I could feel the bullet slowly coming out. Good thing this was just a flesh wound, but it still hurt. By the time the bullet was out, I felt like my side was torn up by a wild pack of Billies. Stupid Billy.

Emily helped out of the bathtub, and handed me a towel to dry off with. She ordered me to sit on the toilet seat, so of course, I did. I seen her go into her tool bag and bring out some cause and a bottle of peroxide. She took some cotton balls and opened the bottle of peroxide "Sean, this is going to sting, a lot, but its going to help" I nodded and waited for the pain to come. As the cold, cotton ball touched my skin, I screamed in pain, but not loud enough to wake up Sammy and Casey. After that Emily put some gause on me, I breathed a sigh of releif, the pain was over.

(Time Skip)
Emily and I were in our room, I was sitting up on the bed, while she was sleeping, it was 2:35 I could t tame it anymore, I got up and went to the bathroom. I got to my knees and lifted the toilet seat up. I was vomiting and crying at the same time.

Emily's Pov
I woke up to see that Sean was out of bed, the door to our bedroom was wide open, I could hear Sean crying from the bathroom. I got up quietly and walked into the bathroom "Sean? Honey, are you okay?" I kneeled down next to him and rubbed his back. He kept crying "Sean, come back to bed honey, I'll get some you medicine okay?" He nodded and got up, walking to the bedroom.

Sean's Pov
I layed down in bed, Emily came back with some medicine and a glass of water. I took the medicine and fell asleep.

(Time Skip)
When I woke up the next morning, I didn't feel too good, so for videos I just uploaded pre-recorded ones. After a little while, I went into Lily's room and woke her up "Get up, we're talking" I said in a stern voice. I walked back out and into the kitchen sitting at the table next to Emily who was feeding the kids. About 5 minutes later Lily came out of her room and sat at the kitchen table across from me and Emily.

"Lily, what happened?" She didn't say anything

"Do you think I'm a bad father? That I'm not spending enough time with you? I asked

"No" she said

"Do you think that I don't care about you or love you anymore?"

"No"

"Is anybody being mean to you on the internet?"

"No"

"Where did you get the gun?"

"From your room"

"Lily, I don't own a gun, unless he- nevermind"

"Just tell me what's wrong, Lily, its okay to talk to me" I said

"I just want this to all end!"

"What do you want to end?"

"The fear and the pain" she said

"Lily, we've talked about this! Just leave it in the past! I told you already that no matter what I would protect you. Instead you go and try to kill yourself! Do you think I want to wake up the next morning to find my daughter dead with bullet in her head!" I said more sternly

"Jack, I just thought it would be over if I killed myself!" She said

"Lily, that would only make things worse!"

"I'm sorry Jack, I'm such an idiot" she said crying. I got up and went over to her "Listen, I'll forgive you, but you have to promise me to forget all of this, and that you will never EVER do that again!" She nodded and got up hugging me "I didn't mean to hurt you, I'm so sorry" she sobbed, by now she was shivering. I could feel my eyes start to get watery.

I've just got to find a way to make Lily happy again, that's all I need is her happiness.
