Mark!

Haven's Pov
It was around 11:00, why hasn't Mark come back yet? Ive called him multiple times, but he hasn't picked up.

I did eventually get a call, but it wasn't Mark, it was my dad

"Hello?"

"Hi Haven"

"Dad, where's Mark?"

"He's here with me, everything is fine. Do you want me to come pick me up?"

"Yeah, that'd be great" I said. We hung up once we said goodbye.

(Time Skip)

My dad arrived at our house, in his truck. I hopped into the passenger side "Where's Mark?" He looked over at me "He's back at the house, talking with your mother" I nodded as we drove down the road "So, once we get to my house, I have a present for you"
He said "Okay..." He smiled at me "I can't wait for you to see it, you'll love it" I smirked "Thank you for the suprise" I said. I felt very uncomfortable in the truck with my dad. I'm just hoping Mark is okay.

(Time Skip)
We pulled into the driveway "Surprise!" My dad said. I seen Mark, he was tied up to a computer chair, there was blood all over him and his glasses were cracked. "MARK!" I screamed, I tried to get out, but my dad grabbed my arm "You're not going anywhere" he screamed. I was crying, as my dad rammed the car straight into Mark "NO!" I sobbed, I elbowed my dad in the face and got out of the truck quickly. I ran over to Mark and dragged him out of the way, before the truck could run into him again. I ripped the duct tape off his mouth and he coughed up blood "Mark!" I said, I undid his hands, he spoke, but it was more of a whisper "Haven..." He pushed me out of the way, my dad rammed the truck into him again. Mark screamed in pain "AHH" I ran back over to Mark as soon as my dad backed up the tuck to ram into Mark again. I quickly undid Mark's legs and helped him up. My dad got out of his truck with a metal bar and walked over to us. He wacked me in the head, I fell to the ground. Mark went behind him and grabbed his throat, choking him. Mark shoved him to the ground and came over, he held out his hand. I reached for his hand and he helped me up. We stared into each others eyes for what seemed like forever, Mark leaned in and kissed me passionately, he broke the kiss and gave me a soft smile. Mark winced in pain and almost fell, but I caught him. We both smiled at each other again "Let's get you to the hospital" I said, I helped Mark to our car and we drove to the hospital.
