Now...

'Mason....can I open my eyes yet!'

Mason had been hiding out in the man shed lately, I'm starting to get curious. But now he had interrupted my afternoon snooze and had his hands over my eyes. He was walking me somewhere but I can't see where He's walking me...he was pressed up against my back and chin resting on my shoulder, I think we're walking down the hall, the only rooms down here were ours and the babies room.

'Is this your way of telling me you want sex?'

'No! Your pregnant! Maybe when bubs born then ill rethink your offer but not now! Geez, ok and....now!'

I heard him open the door and I opened my eyes, in front of the large window was a cute little cot. It was wooden and coated in a glossy white paint, with little ducks carved down the large posts supporting it, I gasped and turned to look at his proud smile.

'You did this!?'

'You like it?'

'Like it? I love it! It's adorable...so that explains you being in the man shed all the time'

'Yeah I had to get it done before little one arrives'

'I love you'

I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed his lips. He wrapped me in one arm and rubbed my huge stomach,

'I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you...and squirt'

I giggled at the nickname, he makes a new one every day.

'2 days....'

'2 days, I'm really happy and angry at the same time. Like I'm happy I'm gonna be a dad and have a perfect family, but I'm angry that your going to be in pain. I just hate the sound of you screaming, well not all the time if you know what I mean but when your in pain kind of scream'

'Mason! you just killed that hole speech with that one comment...but the pain will be worth it'

He laughed and bent down so his head was level with my stomach, he kissed it, he then pulled his head back suddenly and looked up at me shocked.

'Squirt just kicked me!'

I was literally dying of laughter and rubbed my stomach.

'Dont accuse the baby of hurting'

He snaked warmly at me causing my insides to bubble so I pecked his lips and finished setting up squirts room.
