Annabeth

I opened my eyes, the last thing I remembered was Percy screaming at us from across the pavilon then a blast going of. I landed on my back, I probably flew 20 feet at least. As near as I could tell, I was uninjured but with explosions, there are all too often internal damages.

Once I was able to move, I crawled around, searching for any survivors. "Annabeth!" called a voice. I looked up and saw Percy stumbling around through the dust and the rubble. I held up my hand then opened my mouth to speak. "Percy!" I called out but my voice was gone. I touched my throat, pain errupted as I cried out in pain, of course, no noise came from me. I pulled away my hand and it was covered in blood.

My eyes went wide, I began to panic. I looked around for anyone to help me. Percy was gone, I couldn't see him anymore. Then, I saw a body laying 10 feet away. Naked.

I crawled as best I could on my hands and knees. I cut my knees on the rocks and rough dirt but managed to get over to the man. I patted his side but he didn't move. I couldn't speak so I rolled him over.

The second I did, my heart stopped. This was a dream, it had to be. I wanted to pinch myself and wake up. This isn't possible. People just don't come back from the dead. That doesn't just happen. It just doesn't.

I put my hand on his neck, a pulse was there but it was weak. I tried to speak again, this time a little noise came out but nothing that could be understood. He seemed to be unhurt despite the massive explosion that was apparently caused by his arrival.

"Annabeth!" Percy cried again. I looked up and saw him running towards us. He fell to his knees next to me. I reached out, touching his face. His forehead was cut up pretty bad, his shirt was torn and I could already see bruising on his ribs and stomach.

"Are you okay? Gods, your neck" Percy exclaimed, examining me. I nodded, pointing to the man laying next to me. Percy looked down, his face went white and he had looked like he had seen a ghost, which he did.

"Shit" muttered Percy. He looked back up to me. "We need to get you to an infirmary, Luke as well and everyone else out here. Can you walk?" Percy asked as he struggled to stand. I noticed Percy had a limp, his ankle had to be sprained.

I stood up, holding out my arm for Percy. We stood over the body of Luke as the Apollo campers as well as all others swarmed around the explosion site. Will ran over to us, he looked panicked. "Have you seen Nico? Where is he?" he asked, his questions going a million miles an hour.

Percy nodded, pointing to our right. "He was over there last I saw him, he had a pretty nasty cut on his eye but he was concious - sort of" Percy said. Will nodded, running over to where Percy had directed him.

Mason, an Hephaestus came running over to us. "Annabeth? Are you okay?" he asked. I touched my throat, sending pain to it. "Mason, go help Rachel, she was crushed under a boulder over there" Percy said, sounding annoyed for some reason. Mason nodded, running towards a crowd of people.

I turned to Percy. I motioned to my throat then tried to speak. "Whats wrong?" Percy asked, his eyes widening. I closed my eyes, trying to find a way to explain this to him. I pointed to my mouth then my throat. Percy gasped, "You can't speak can you?" he asked softly. I shook my head.

Percy sighed, looking around. "You!" he cried pointing to a younger girl, probably an Apollo camper. She came running over to us and Percy put his hands on her shoulder. "Take this woman to the infirmary. I want a full workup to do you hear me? She is pregnant and she cannot speak. She has to be okay" Percy urged.

The girl nodded then looked up at me. I shook my head, pointing to Luke. He needed the attention. I was fine. "No, listen to me Annabeth. I will take care of Luke, you need to take care of yourself and the baby you hear me" said Percy, coming over to put his arm around me. I nodded, looking back at the girl.
