Chapter 14

Sydney's POV:
I had finally closed my eyes when I sensed someone was in my room. I opened my eyes again and saw Calum standing over me. Watching me.
   "What the hell?" I said more to myself.
   "Never did get to finish you off. " he said to me. I closed my eyes trying not to think or proceed anything that was about to happen.

I woke up in the morning in pain. Mentally and physically. I got up, out of bed, trying to forget about what had happened last night.
   I walked over to my closet, grabbing something to cover my arms and legs. I grabbed a PINK sweatshirt and some black jeans. Walking back over to my bed, I picked up my phone and sat at my vanity in the bathroom. I managed to cover up most of my face with q lot of makeup. I prepared myself for what I may have to face when I walked downstairs.
I walked out of my room, and began walking downstairs. I reached the kitchen and www Ashton and Luke.
"Morning. " Luke said cheerfully.
"Morning. " I answered quietly.
"What's wrong?" Ashton asked standing in front of me.
"Nothing." I said shrugging off his question. I walked over to the cupboard and grabbed a mug. I filled it with coffee and grabbed a muffin, walking over to the table I sat in the corner.
Luke and Ashton exchanged glances before walking over to me.
"It's not nothing, you look and sound terrible. It's 100 degrees out, why're you doing in q sweatshirt in and pants?" Luke said sitting next to me.
"Thanks. I'm wearing this because-" I paused not able to think of a good excuse.
"Because, I'm not feeling too well. " I finally answered.
"If this is about Calum, I just wanted you to know he's already on a flight back to Australia. " Ashton chimed in.
"Good. " I said letting out a breath I didn't know I was holding. I cracked w smile realizing I won't have to deal with him that much anymore.
"Okay, obviously it's about Calum. What happened last night that we don't know?" Luke said slinging his arm around me so I was forced to look at his gorgeous blue eyes. Today they were dark, not nearly as blue as they usually are.
"He- he-" I said feeling tears come to my eyes. I couldn't hold them back and began to full on sob.
"What did he do?" Ashton said getting concerned.
"Hey guys!" Michael said walking in.
"Let's go down where, a little more private. " Luke said grabbing my and as me, Luke, and Ashton walked up to my room.
"Why don't you sit on your bed. " Ashton said sitting on Lauren's. This of course made the memories of last night really come flying back. I cried harder and harder.
"Now then. What did he do? It can't be much worse than what was already done to you. And you look fine so what he'd do?" Luke said.
"Luke I'm not fine. I feel violated. " I said getting off of my bed.
"Why do you feel violated? What did he do? Sydney I'm lost." He said.
"Luke, I think I know what happened." Ashton said. I looked up at him and cried more. Ash got up and pulled me into his arms.
"Can someone please tell me what happened? I'm so confused. " Luke said, still sitting on my bed.
"Okay. " I said walking over to Luke.
"Ash, can you give us a second?" I said. He nodded and left quietly.
"Luke, Calum he- he raped me. " I said quietly.
"He didn't?!" Luke said angrily.
"He so dead. " he said standing up.
"Luke wait. I'm okay, no real damage. Okay?" I said to him. He walked back over to me and wrapped me in his arms.
"I'm so sorry. I never knew he was capable of something like that. I understand if you'd like to leave. " he whispered to me.
"Luke, I'd rather stay here. At least here I have friends. Like you, and Lauren and Ashton, and Michael. My friends all left me for vacations. " I said laughing slightly at the end.
"Dang it!" He said smiling.
"What?" I said smiling to.
"I'm on your stupid friend list. " he huffed looking at me.
"Well, you are just my special friend." I said still smiling.
"Not like that!" I said realizing that could be taken wrong. We just say and laughed for about ten minutes.
"You're sure, you're okay?" He said standing up.
"Fine. " I said once again.
"Did he?" He said implying protection.
"Yeah, he did. Plus I'm on the pill so nothing should happen. " I replied standing up and walking with him downstairs.
"Let's go to the mall. " he said as we reached the first floor.
"What? Why?" I said completely confused. I grabbed my coffee mug and sat on the couch.
"Because. You deserve to. I'll pay." He said smiling as he sat next to me.
"Okay. When do you wanna leave?" I said suddenly excited.
"How's....... Now?" He said looking at the clock on the wall.
"Okay!" I said laughing once again, I stood up. I placed my mug in the sink and walked over to the garage. Luke grabbed the keys from under the mat, and started the car. We pulled out of the driveway and went off to the mall.
